Region: <Core, Mid, Expansion, Outer, Unknown> <Custom planets must be placed in the Outer or Unknown regions.>
System: <System name>
Suns: <Number, name, and type of stars in the system>
Orbital Position: <Relative distance away from the star (ie, habital zone, 5th planet, far, close, etc) or if it orbits another planet>
Moons: <List natural satellites and any significant, permanent artificial ones>
System Features: <Here you may list other planets, important asteroid belts, spatial anomalies, or other features of the star system>
Coordinates: <The X,Y coordinates of the planet and its relative position in them according to the Galaxy Map>
Rotational Period: <The length of a "day" on the planet>
Orbital Period: <The number of local days of each complete orbit>

Class: <Terrestrial or gas, with planets 10 times larger than Earth being giant>
Diameter: <NOT REQUIRED: Diameter at the equator. For reference, Earth is 12,756 km in diameter. Maximum allowable diameter for terrestrial planets is 20,000 km.>
Atmosphere: <Atmosphere type number>
Climate: <Temperate is Earth-like. Make notes of anything substantially different yet similar to Temperate. Add Controlled for when most of the climate is controlled by technology. Use words such as Arid or Frozen to describe single biome worlds.>
Gravity: <Standard is, to human senses, Earth-like. Use terms such as "Twice Standard" to describe other types of gravity>
Primary Terrain: <Significant types of terrain that can easily be found. Examples: Grassland, Mountains, Oceans, Tundras, Forests, etc. Multiple can be used>

Native Species: <Species that have always lived there>
Immigrated Species: <Immigrant species with significant populations>
Primary Languages: <Galactic Standard Basic is the movies' English, all others are can be seen on Wookieepedia>
Government: <Federal Republic would describe a government such as the United States. Other general terms can be used>

Demonym: <What a resident of this planet would be called. Residents of Coruscant are called Coruscanti>
Major Imports: <What the planet frequently buys from other planets>
Major Exports: <What does the planet produce and bring to the galaxy, note that not all planets have to produce things. They can be barren or have riches yet to be discovered. If they have restricted materials [see banned and restricted section] there is a template that need to be filled out)
  • Material: (which restricted material is on the planet/moon? Permissible RM: phrik, stygium, or cortosis) Mandalorian Iron/Beskar is no longer available for use on custom planets.
  • Amount: (the amount will determine whether a dev thread is required. Think carefully and do not abuse what you pick.)
Small: Allows for production of unique and semi-unique items only.
  • Medium: Requires a dev thread of 25 posts and may be used for production of unique, semi-unique, and limited items.
  • Large: Requires a dev thread of 50 posts or more (at Judge’s discretion) and is for production of unique, semi-unique, limited, or minor produced items.

[*]Intent and Reasoning: (This is the most important and can get the material taken away if not completed. Why would you like to have this material?)
Affiliation: <Factions, existing or not, the planet would lean toward>

Major Locations: <What are the major locations on your world? At least one paragraph for each. If you wish to add a Force nexus (light or dark), you must follow the instructions below.)
  • Force Nexus: (A force nexus is a focused area of the force that can be made on the planet or made from events on the world. Explain yours here.)
  • Size: (pick a size)
Area - A small location on a world much like the dark grove or oasis that can be destroyed by people. May require a Dev thread
  • Location - A dev thread of 25 or more posts (depending on judges ruling) will allow for an area that can be renewed, can be large and powerful. (example is Valley of the Jedi, The Wellspring)
  • Planet - A dev thread and discovery thread (can be the same thread) of at least 100 posts will be required to find this force empowered world

[*]Intent:
Culture: <General overview of the planet, should include information about daily life, society, government, arts, sports, military, religion>
Technology: <A description of how technologically advanced the planet is relative to the galaxy>
History: <Topics to cover: How was it discovered? How was it settled? When? Why? What major events specific to the planet helped shape its inhabitants to what they are today? Be sure to cover also the following CHAOS canon events and how they effected the planet: The Gulag Plague, The 400 Year Darkness, and the Netherworld Event. No planets in the galaxy were exempt from those events.>

Notable PCs: <Native or immigrant player-characters>
Intent: <The purpose and reason for making this planet. Goals for the planet. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!>
Links: [Provide links to any relevant development threads, characters, companies, locations, etc here. Please list your links/sources for any images used here as well.]
