Binaros
After claiming the planet, and executing the takeover of the largely deserted oceanic & tropical planet of Binaros, (see Taking of Binaros, still ongoing), Governor Darth Diem started with rebuilding and building the world under his care.
Funded by the The Sith Order, once enough land was secured, the Planetary Assault Carrier Ferrata The Denouement landed on the Binaros surface. Acting as the first operating shield barrier under the Sith banner.
The Denouement
Under its protective shroud, first official building was raised, the Castle of the Governor Darth Diem.
Project that was created by some of the best architects hired from the Sith capitol, Jutrand.
Castle was at first used as the quarters for military officers and engineers, as well. As the young Sith wanted the moral of his people to always be high.
Today, the Castle is still a hub of the main planetary activity. (Such as : Classified / defense, trade, infrastructure, counterintelligence)

After his troops secured every solid ground on the globe, the immense task of providing his workers and soldiers with good livable conditions started.
How the boiling seas were not yet conquered, only option was to 'create' more land, on the mass water planet which is Binaros.
Using first concentrated aerial bombardment, to create small pockets of isolated water, then vaporizing it, he created enough of land mass to start production of Barracks and 'Town Outposts' at many crucial coordinates of the planet.

MEL's in place, Darth Diem could focus on the project of turning this planet in to an investment wordy of the spent resources. Using the powerful 'Squid' Droids, who could resist both pressure and boiling heat of the waters, he descended down in to the oceanic abyss. After several trials and fails, the engineers managed to create a sustainable Carbon Reactors, that lowered the temperature of the surrounding water to the livable numbers.
Darth Diem's plan was to create refineries that will be powered solely on the energy of the steam from boiling sea of Binaros. Refineries that would not only refine ore from other planets, but the ore and minerals from the rich soil of the planets seabed as well.
Only after a certain accident, involving Tibbana gas that would be used for creation of Carbon, did one engineer suggested to Omon(Darth Diem) that they should definitely also be in work of creating their own Carbon panels & ingots, for a third party. The accident would be catastrophic anywhere else, but since the refinery was surrounded by boiling water, damage was minimal.
From this idea, the first Carbon refinery would be created. Anyone using Binaros plants, would receive a trademarked yellow-glowing Carbon. Carbon which could be seen in almost every underwater facility on Binaros ever since.

After the first 2 Factories and Refineries were operational, the next obvious step was building a reliable and constant exchange of goods & services(Ore, food, medical supplies, armament, even tourism).
And for this, Omon had to build a reliable ports, at least 2 for the start, one in the South and one in the North. This would ease the minds of potential clients from all over the sector, who wish to use the Binaros factories & refineries.
This was a very big project, that took nearly 2 years to be complete. And Darth Diem could not do it alone. So he enlisted a help of his acquittance and fellow Sith Governor of Eliad,
Darth Xyrah
. Who connected him with some very powerful investors, that took their leisure time on the classy retreats of Eliad.With some tax cuts, that they would be afforded for their materials being refined here, powerful businessmen invested and helped in building of the first 2 Ports. And these were no ordinary scrapyard ports, but state of the art, small town-sized ship ports, that could dock in transporters of up to 500 meters(though never did transpo of that size appeared. So far).

With the steady shipping secured, the profit was started to be generated. Binaros went from a non-humanoid life form planet, in to a vibrant hub of activity. Laborer's with their families, traders, off-worlders, mechanics, independant engineers, pilots, medics.. and surprisingly enough a Lot of tourists! Since the Carbon reactors were cooling down parts of the sea, beautiful tropical planet became rather popular destination, probably mostly because of its rather new reveal to the Galaxy, as well as the curiosities that it bring. Many hunters would come and pay a lot of credits to hunt a famed 8 legged Binaros Saber Tiger(Omon did not like this, so he actually replicated the animals, and made the hunters think they are hunting the real thing. Since any DNA sample was forbidden to be taken from a fresh kill, they would only receive a Saber Tiger fang, took from ones who died of old age).
Many were at first reluctant, hearing that Sith are savage force wielding maniacs.. but they came around pretty quickly, once they realized that Power and Success are also very important Sith creed, just as much as warfare and conquest.
They all knew, as long as any line was not crossed, and the credits are made & spend, they are safe.
But this jump in population, meant that a drastic and fast solution would have to be found. And there the idea of the Binaros capitol city, The Omonaros was born.
A huge undertaking, that would require a green light from the Sith Emperor, as well as the Darth Ophidia of Tsis'kaar.
And after the go-aheads were given, and some resources sent, the enormous project was launched. First part was submerging of 289 Carbon Core's to the spot picked for the build. Once the waters temperature was stable, the underwater shields were lowered and activated, giving workers and machines space to start the construction.
10.000 people worked on it, and till now only one third is done. 5.000 more workers were added two rotations ago, and the raising of the city does go on the schedule.

With so much building and spending, Order send few Inquisitors to watch out on the Empires investment. And Darth Diem made sure they feel at home. So the last structure to be build so far, was the Inquisitor Order Binaros HQ.

BINAROS PRODUCTS
So far, only one item was truly 100% created on the planet of Binaros. A Submerciful Cruiser(ASC) capable of diving deep in the boiling waters of the planet, protected by the yellow streaks of the Binaros made Carbon panels. The vessel is crewed only by an AI system, while under water, system that was trained to deal accordingly with any form of treats or unpredictable situations. Same as a battle droid, only much bigger, with much larger brain.
Cruiser itself can be manned by an actual crew, it is usually done once it patrols the atmosphere. It is named ASC Ubatt.
