Ankarres Sapphires altered by the De Lifte Family, providing the ability to heal/Resist among the most severe of poisons, or the most sinister of Diseases created by the Dark Side. The De Lifte Family was among the most active and organized of Jedi Groups during the Plague, with Nathan being the apprentice of its Matriarch, Moya De Lifte. Time has erased the history of what has become known as Plague Ankarres, but their Powerful Attributes make them immense boons to any Jedi who manages to acquire them. The De Lifte Family was exterminated by the Cult of the Brain Demon at the tail end of the Plague, making these Sapphires rare finds, as nearly all of them were destroyed by the Cult.

- The Cure! I must have The Cure!: This Crystal, whether installed in a Lightsaber or not, this Crystal allows the user to have the ability to cure Poisons and Disease created by the Dark Side in others or themselves, and to resist the Dark Side's powers in general to a high degree
- Non-Lethal: When it's installed in a Lightsaber it can cut through inorganic materials like a normal Lightsaber, but be unable to harm Organic tissue, only capable of inflicting heavy stun damage on impact

- Slower Standard Healing: It can heal Dark Side based disease, and poison massively well but all other forms of injury heal at only one fourth the rate of a regular Ankarres
