Nope, not a game show. But I could really use some help in turning the following image of Bella Thorne into a Zeltron and cropped to avatar size.

Coloration should be akin to Deliah Blue from the Legacy Comics. Very blue hair (and eyebrows if that's not crazy difficult) and a vibrant pink complexion.

If anyone can help me out with this I would be most appreciative!
