Developed by the Phoenix Initiative with the hoped of creating a means of rehabilitating planets ravaged by war, the Localized Ecosystem Reboot Pack, or L.E.R.P. for short, is a proof of concept device intended to restart ecosystems on the smaller local scale, a first step towards larger scale teraforming. The device was born from the mind of PI's founder, Akar Rhonvogg, a mind filled with dreams of one day returning his home planet of Tatooine to it's ancient, water rich state pre-Rakatan Infinite Empire. The device is portable, with an easy to transport backpack shape and the option of an attachable cupholder for longer distance travel by foot. The device expels wator vapor enhanced with plant growth hormones via refitted toxin emitter in tandum with a seed launcher to kickstart a young ecosystem in a 50 meter radius over night, with the only drawbacks being a long process of dispersement and the requirement of a stable atmosphere. While not a fully-fledged form of environmental reconstruction, PI sees this development as a step towards fixing the problems of the galaxy.
