PHP Error

For a few nights I received different PHP errors when trying to access this forum, but they only persist for a short period of time. Tefka said it had nothing to do with the maintenance, and I can't find any browser errors. The message is as follows:

Driver Server Level Error

Could the server have too many requests for a temporary amount of time?

Sorry, I wasn't sure what section to put this in. Didn't mean to create more work for you at all of course, but I'd say around 9 EST or so.
