Percision over Strength

The streets were bustling with people as always, The markets were thriving as always, Diplomats were debating over issues that could easily be solved with force but that option was almost always dismissed as always. Ravenous stood motionless in the center of the royal court of house Organa. A gentle breeze passed through the frozen world his black cape billowed in the wind and his contempt with the Organa's was at a all time high. He had hated them ever since they strived to become apart of the thriving hives of credits that were Coruscant, Corelia and other core and mid rim worlds.

All the while paying no Homage or even the tiniest bit of recognition to the outer rim worlds such as Onderon his Homeworld. Having lived there for much of his life surviving amidst the chaos and the wars that were that desolate dust ball he experienced first hand the anguish that the core worlds had left the outer rim worlds to suffer....They needed to pay. No they needed to be erased...yes....they don't deserve to exist anymore they need to die. But how he wondered.

I could just go in there and slaughter maybe ten or twenty of them but it wouldn't be long before the elite guard arrive and kill me. I need another way it has to be subtle but flashy at the same time...But more importantly it cannot be linked to me or the Sith empire. Though their contributions have been limited house Thul has been a imperial and Sith ally for more than thousands of years and my personal endeavor cannot jeopardize that allegiance in any possible way.
I need a pirate but not just one or two I need someone with a good influence on the criminal underworld.

Ravenous spun on his heel and began walking down the grand stairwell that led to house Organa, He cocked a grim smile under his mask as he trudged down the steps and towards his shuttle hidden somewhere nearby. He flew to his Destroyer hidden somewhere in the system as to not draw unwanted attention. He proceed to his personal quarters and summoned his most trusted confidant and partner Nyla Sawn. "Nyla do me a favor and find me a criminal organization and them contact them, Nothing to big but just big enough."

Nyla swept back her long burgundy brown hair and prepared to speak, Her lips were slightly wet her eyes were sparkling and her hair was damp as if she had just come out the shower. She was a pretty lady in his eyes and now it had gotten to the point where he noticed every little detail about her. Like how her hands were clenched when she walked and that when the sat down she always crossed her legs and held her chin up with her arm. He wanted to confess to her but not now not like this.

"My lord are you sure that is a wise course of action?" Oh her voice was like silk and it massaged his eardrums tenderly touching them with her grace. He sat up right and spoke his vocal changer in his mask expelling his words and a mechanical rasp "Yes I am sure." She turned and walked away, Ravenous couldn't help but check her out as she left the room.

Deep within Transport Dock Alpha, relative silence. But within a warehouse, under a pair of landing pads, was a young woman. She was the head of a small Coruscanti criminal cell. But one that wasn't being particularly co-operative with DEAD.

Here was a woman. A pair of children in a house on the surface of Coruscant. She could afford it. Her husband, away on business to Taris. She was young, maybe mid-20's. She had no blemishes. No pain, no suffering. She was wealthy, born into nepotism. But she was kind. Much of her criminal funds went to charities and the like. Her life, calm, pampered and filled with affection had done her very well. Up to now.

Now, she stood before a man quite the opposite, Riddled with pain, suffering. And on the inside, a pit of raw anger and a hatred for all things. She stood facing his back. She had never seen the man her organization got most of their weaponry from, only heard of him through his Dynamo's. And now she was sweating, frantically running through what she would say to him in her mind.

Him. Me.

"We haven't had a payment from you in months yet as far as I'm aware, we still supply you."

I could feel her anxiety flowing from her in waves. She just wanted to leave.

"Yes..no. We have not been able to. Our funds are.. reduced."

My anger could not be overstated. Like a waterfall I could hear it in my ears, along with her pitiful excuses. I spun to face her and as I did, outstretched my charcoal right hand, pulling her throat into my palm. Her shoes skidded along the ground as she was dragged into my grip. She was now inches away from my face. My anger contorted my face, the open grin that was burnt up the right side of my face bared the teeth at the back of my mouth, the exposed muscle tissue flexed. Her throat was clasped in a grip that felt like a hand made of soft coal. I stared into her eyes, wide with terror. She winced at the sight.

With a barely contained voice I growled my response;

"Your funds are reduced simply because you indulge in financing the weaker populations with money better spent on improving your current position. You have not paid us, and I will not tolerate such stupidity."

As I spoke I lowered her to her feet, but kept dragging her down. On her knees with her head forced back almost parallel to her heels, I tightened my grip;

"I am not lenient. Your children will not see their own mother. You have made a grave mistake out of compassion towards an inferior demographic."

Slowly, her oxygen was leaving her. Just as my face began to fade from her vision, A voice broke through.

"Sir, we've received contact from a woman claiming to be speaking on behalf of a Sith Warlord. They require your assistance."

I looked up and dropped the woman. The Sith. Too often I knew I was mistaken to be a part of their arrogant ideology. But when an opportunity showed, I was more than willing to exploit it, regardless of the faction it served. As I walked away I was reminded of the woman as she began to sob on the floor behind me. I stopped before leaving the warehouse. I reached out to her and felt her body. I probed her joints and bones with the Force, felt her spine. Then, with a motion quicker than I would have preferred, I bent her spine almost 90 degrees backwards, the back of her head hit the floor with enough force to finish what the paralysis had started.

After briefly speaking with the unknown woman, I boarded my personal craft and quickly made my way to the coordinates she had provided. Exiting Hyperspace I approached a Destroyer nestled in darkness. After requesting boarding permission, I proceeded to land in the Hangar.

As the craft of the contact Nyla had summoned landed in the enormous hanger bay of the Destroyer Nyla informed Ravenous of their arrival immediately. He thought to himself how he wanted to receive this unknown entity contemplating what kind of imprint he would leave on their brain. A huge ripple stormed through the force causing a great disturbance and in its wake came a tidal wave of anger and hatred it was like being stabbed with a knife over and over again. Instantly Ravenous was alerted to this beings force Affinity, He was intrigued to say the least.

He turned to Nyla who was staring out into the open Abyss from the bridge. He walked close to her almost shoulder to shoulder in proximity. "My lord is there something you need of me?" Every time Nyla was around He watched what he said how he said it and more importantly his action, Deep inside Nyla was a deep discredit for violence which is the exact reason when she was fist assigned to the Darth she was less than enthusiastic in fact she was almost treasonous in her opinion. Make no mistake though when called for she would kill without and relent of remorse for the worlds she destroyed. But nonetheless she hated unnecessarily cruel actions and words.

"Tell me Nyla exactly who did you bring onto my ship?" Ravenous assumed his most pleasant tone and carefully chose what he would say to be polite and almost cheerful in his sentence. It was moments like this that he was glad to be the only Force user sifting through his thoughts and feelings, But he was even more thankful that Nyla herself was not fore attuned If she was this partnership most likely would have ended a long time ago. Nyla turned away and scanned her holo pad for information until stopping at one particular file. "Orex Mauda of the criminal organization known as D.E.A.D says here he is the grand Thanatosi not only that but he is suspected for the death of a infamous and wealthy Zabrak Slaver."

Slavery just the mere thought of living organisms being forced to work as property for another living being was sickening. It was a strange way of seeing things being a Sith Knight himself he has seen many slave Operations and even helped one for his own personal gain, Nevertheless it was still one of the most vile Atrocities a person could ever commit and Ravenous merrily slaughtered such slavers and every opportunity. Knowing the full extent to which Orex killed the man was satisfying. He knew it was him he could sense the guilt in his force signature. "Nyla tell him to meet me on the bridge, No escort is needed." Nyla turned to him her face twisting to show a expression of disapproval.

"My lord?! He is a criminal and not one with the best track record at that, do you really trust him to venture unguarded on your ship?" This was another moment Ravenous was happy she could not hear his thoughts, Or see his eyes because of his mask. His eyes were never where they were supposed to be when he talked to her. He wasn't a pervert it was just so hard to not get distracted when talking to someone so beautiful.

As I lowered the boarding ramp of The Burnt Hand, I received a communication telling me where to meet the Sith. I walked out onto the hangar floor to see it relatively empty. I was somewhat surprised as the Sith often proved themselves paranoid, especially towards one they could consider a rival such as myself. Nevertheless, I traversed the corridors of the Destroyer alone, often passing the odd crew member. They looked at me with probing eyes, wondering who I was, whether I was a threat. But none spoke.

Soon I found my way to the door of the bridge. On the other side I could feel the Sith. His presence in the force was.. less than mine. Though I could tell he was trained to a superior extent to myself, I could feel his relative weakness. What had the Sith become?

I adjusted a belt, straightened my cloak and walked through the door.

I could see the pair stood before the bridge window. A woman, she turned to watch me as I approached. The Sith simply remained where he was. The woman met me halfway to the window, where I proceeded to extend my charcoal right hand in greeting. She grasped it in a shake but wold have much prefered a.. normal hand.

"Orex Mauda. I assume you know enough about me."

I could see she spent most of our introduction looking at the exposed muscle tissue and teeth that bared through the blaster grin on my face.

"Indeed. I'm Nyla, please, right this way."

She turned and I followed close behind. As we approached the Sith, she strode up to his shoulder, returning to her original position. I bowed my head and clasped my hands behind my back.

"Orex Mauda, here on your request."

As Orex introduced himself Ravenous gave a internal sigh as the man lowered his head. "Please prostrate yourself elsewhere." As he spoke Ravenous turned towards Orex and let all of his hatred extend itself through the force letting a dark Aurora flow through the bridge. "Nyla." He turned to face the woman her head only reaching up to his shoulder as he towered over her cocking his head to meet her eyes. "Leave us, please" He took extra care to add a please at the end. She immediately left attempting to hide her discomfort, But it became evident to the eye as her veins became a dark black color and she stumbled onto the elevator on the way out.

A grim frown took possession of his face under his mask. It was a horrible feeling for your very nature to hurt someone you love, And for that very nature to be the thing that drives you to love to begin with. Every time his full power was unleashed while Nyla was around she suffered massive injuries one time it was almost fatal. He couldn't lose her like he had lost so many other things in his life, She was the very reason he woke up in the morning despite his minds pleads to end it all. She made him strive to be better and it was the strive that was his driving force. In his actions his words his feeling he always took into consideration was pushed him to be better than he already was.

But more importantly it made him ask himself whether or not what he was doing with his life was worth it. But that was not the immediate matter at the moment, The more important thing was this man before him. "Orex Mauda is it?" He began to step towards Orex imposing a menacing stance and overshadowing him with his posture. "I am Darth Ravenous, Sith Warlord and I have a proposition for you....Come with me." He left the bridge taking Orex with him, He then proceeded to fly them both down to Alderaan and into the heart of castle Organa. "Do you see all those delegates in that castle? I want you to kill them...all of them...every last one but in no way can this crime be connected to me."

He stared intently at the castle eyes burning with pure untempt rage.

"Leave us, Please"

The Dark Side pummeled me. I felt it like a punch in the chest but maintained my composure. I was not going to be made to kneel, mentally or physically, before this "Sith". I watched him intently as he spoke and immediately I noticed it. His body language, subtle but noticeable. The way he spoke. This man had feelings. Feelings that would one day betray him. Feelings he surpressed, but were invested deeply into this woman. A blazing weakness that would surely be taken advantage of in future. As she almost stumbled past me, I saw her offer a glance in my direction. Her eyes were bloodshot and strained. Veins protruding from her temples. She was nothing compared to this man, and it was slowly taking its toll on her.

The Warlord walked up to me, imposing his figure upon me. The arrogance these Sith maintained was a trend that never seemed to break.

"Orex Mauda is it?"

With that, I proceeded to follow Ravenous to a shuttle aboard which we flew to a castle on Alderaan. When I stepped off the boarding ramp, I looked at the flags waving in the calm wind.

Organa

I'd studied the history of the Galaxy extensively. And so the fact that he had brought me here, among delegates and representatives of possibly the most renowned political body, had me most intrigued. But mostly, confused.

"I want you to kill them... all of them."

Safe to say, what confusion I harboured was dispelled in seconds. That sentence sent a wave of questions and emotions running rampant in my mind. Stood here, daylight, in the middle of House Organa. And I was tasked with wiping out all of them. I stood, thinking for more than a moment. After almost 30 seconds I silenced my thoughts and made my decision. I formulated the effect on the political landscape of the Galaxy that this would have, how that might benefit my future endeavours etc etc. But mostly, I had already established the sort of character this Warlord was. And I could feel his impatience growing.

"It will be done".

I proceeded into the castle walls. Through a doorway I found myself in the corridors of House Organa. The main chamber was where I needed to be and so I made my way with a pace to where I could feel the concentration of delegates lingering.

I approached the main door. Just behind the sophisticated wood I could hear voices. The Galaxy was in a chaotic state and that was all that was present in their minds. They all spoke intensely, discussing solutions to this and that. Never coming to a conclusion. Their pitiful squabbling angered me. I was always frustrated by Politicians.

I slowly opened the doors of the main chamber, quietly walking through and closing them behind me. There was a protocol droid stood next to me. Before he could speak I wrenched his core out of place with the force. It remained inside him, but he simply bowed his head while the lights in his eyes dimmed to nothing. With that, I tore an arm off the dead robot and bent it around the door handles. Nobody was leaving this room.

I turned and slowly walked toward the gathering of politicians. There was atleast twenty of them, all gathered at a table. They debated this and that, trade restrictions against the Sith, sanctions on planets etc. None of it was conclusive. They would be here for hours and still get nowhere in their talks.

I reached out with the force and flooded the chamber with pure anger. This sudden and immense change in atmosphere deeply troubled all present delegates. They ceased their talks and slowly, took notice of my presence. As they became aware of me, whispers began to snake the room until one finally spoke. An old man, hair thin and a grey, short beard.

"You. What are you doing here?"

I didn't answer. Simply flexed the exposed muscle in the side of my face while I Outstretched a burnt hand. The man who had spoke was near the back of the table and so, being pulled towards me, he was dragged across the various ornaments that adorned the table. His throat smacked into my charcoal hand and I felt his trachea buckle. Without word, I snapped the man's head backwards and dropped him to the floor. The others didn't speak. They could only manage a few gasps. I pulled my hilt from my cloak and ignited a black saber surrounded by a mist of red. My anger boiled within me.

I walked toward them and threw my blade at the nearest row. The spinning black tore through three of the older men, their torsos and heads falling to the floor. The rest dispersed. Frantically they scuttled around the chamber. Most found themselves cornered and subsequently cut down. They shouted and screamed but to no avail. The room was inaccessible and none were going to leave. After hunting the majority, I turned to see the last one. A woman, in her sixties. She was clawing at the main door after realising she could never move the droids arm. I walked slowly towards her and sheathed my blade.

"The Sith! The Sith are Here!"

Her voice broke as she cried out. She began to sob as I approached behind her. She didn't turn to face me. Her fear paralysed her. I stopped short behind her. I closed my eyes and drew a breath, exhaled with raw rage. I grabbed the back of her head and leaned in to her ear. My rage flowed through my voice;

"I AM NO, SITH!"

I bellowed into her ear and heard my voice echo around the chamber. She screamed, and didn't stop. Not until I dragged her head back, and smashed it into the door. I heard her skull fracture as shards punctured her frontal lobe. She would be alive for the next few minutes, But in a state beyond suffering.

I was done. My task fulfilled. I walked below one of the high windows of the chamber and leaped up, smashing through. Quickly, I made my way to meet with [member="Darth ravenous"]

As Orex left the senate tower triumphant in his endeavor he most likely awaited payment for his services. He was only met with a backhand to the face and a red glow coming from the inside of Ravenous's visor. He extended 5 of his fingers rage in his motions and began to use force crush on Orex. Not lethal but just strong enough to make a statement in his mind. "You idiot...You could not have done a worse job." With each word he began to lift the man higher and higher off the ground gradually increasing the grip he had on the man's organs. "I would have been more satisfied if you had failed to kill them but you did far far worse. Not only did you leave obvious links such a saber marks on the bodies and feats not achievable by man."

He stopped he had now reached the maximum height he could hold the man 5ft above the ground. His rage was burning ever so brightly if the senate or anyone in particular suspected a sith of the murder all of their manipulations would crumble to the floor. He dropped the man finally coming to his senses and find a way out of this situation. "I am changing the deal...if you want to get paid you will cover all traces of sith involvement starting at the scene of the crime....Refuse and you die. And then i'm coming for D.E.A.D...am i understood." He began walking towards the exit to the castle dominance in his step. "I have something i must attend to clean this up. You may report to Nyla when you want your payment...but report to me first."

And like that he was gone disappearing into the panicking crowd. Cryptic and overall with no motive other than to instill submission into his associates. An undesirable trait to say the least. It was cruel but it was effective.

I paced towards Ravenous, feeling nothing but anger. What did I want? I'm not sure. My task was a confusing and very sudden one. As I approached him, I sensed his frustration only too late. The gaping wound in my face that served only to provide me incessant pain was met with the gloved backhand of Ravenous. The impact infuriated me beyond logical thought but before I could do anything I found myself high in the air, my ribs compressed my lungs and I realised the situation I was in.

"You idiot.. You could not have done a worse job"

I was angry. But I was confused. They would not suspect the Sith? Lightsaber evidence of course but to pin such an event on the Sith, rather than a rogue terrorist Darksider seemed... hm.

It was a problem. My anger clouded my judgement too often. Of course it was possible they could consider this the actions of a Terrorist. But the Sith seemed a much more likely culprit considering the current state of the Galaxy. I made a mistake. It was immature of me to think a simple "I am No Sith" would suffice to direct attention away from that faction.

Once I was dropped I could feel my burnt hand trembling. The desire to contort this man into a twitching, paralysed mess was countered by simple logical thought. Correct my mistakes, do not worsen them out of anger.

I paced back to the window and leapt back into the chamber. Corpses everywhere. What could I do to divert attention from the Sith? The lightsaber marks and dismembered bodies provided irrevocable evidence that this was carried out by a Sabre wielder. As I was thinking, the local security began to batter the main door. I resorted to simple framing. I leapt back out of the window and located a man out of sight and alone. Quickly, I grabbed him and dragged him back to the window.

Carrying another with me, my landing in the main chamber was heavier and more unsteady, but without falter nonetheless. I grabbed the man's head and whispered into his ear.

"Consider this a Statement by the Crimson Dawn!"

With that, I placed the man's hands around my saber, reversed his grip, and ignited it. The Dark blade passed undisturbed through the man's chest. I let him drop and left my saber with him. I still had another, my mentor's, but I would need another.

As I left I ran through the scenario in my mind. He was a simple man and likely no ties to anything remotely criminal, but the local government couldn't skip any assumptions. As far as they were aware, a man had entered the chambers, wiped out the delegates and killed himself so as to avoid capture. I had to guess a well known criminal organisation and simply hoped Crimson Dawn was not a benefactor of the Sith Empire, otherwise I'd likely be met by another of Ravenous' tantrums. Regardless, I disappeared into the crowd and contatced Nyla.

"Nyla, I'm done here. Do I await transport or further orders?"

Ravenous sat motionless in his private chamber, Deep into Sith meditation one of the many gates into the dark side of the force. It was anguish that fueled his rage and it was the past that fueled his anguish. Because of that simple fact he proved to be a master of the dark art by choosing by his own accord to fill his room with Sith artifacts, Acquired lightsabers, The heads of powerful enemies he has killed and so on. Just thinking about them brought back painful memories. Murdering his friends on Korriban, Being flayed alive on Onderon before an on looking booing crowd, Watching as the Sith specters around Malachor 5 were purged.

It was a new meaningful experience to be Sith. It was to always feed on your mistakes and pain but instead of growing away from them they become your very foundation. It was as if your very existence was suffering and you inflicted it on others, A thirst to bring destruction and a call to leave anguish in your wake. The confusion of the people on Alderaan their pain and their bleak emptiness as they came to the grim truth of the slaughter or their leaders. Ironic what brought them sadness brought him joy and it was quite honestly shameful but it couldn't be helped.

Suddenly Nyla barged into his chambers unexpectedly and without notice. He turned to face her putting on a professional look on under his mask as to not let his attention span wander. "Take off your mask." This was odd she had never asked him to do such a thing before but nonetheless he complied. He removed his helmet for her eyes to be met with long dark brown hair that covered his face and neck, You could just barely make out the burnt scaring on the left side of his face. Without warning or notice her anger levels began to rise and a solid punch from Nyla nailed him directly in the nose displacing it ever so slightly and causing it to bleed.

In a attempt to shroud this from her peering eyes he dawned his mask once more and looked her dead in the face indignation covering her usually somber expression. "May I ask why that was necessary?" He took now as a good time to be clever but it wasn't as she began to go of on him sparing him no leniency. "Now listen here! You are a selfish rotten murderous no good piece of crap. I know that already but yet I still find you intriguing to say the least but this? Really?! You told that man to slaughter those people?! WHY?!" Her look of anger shifted to a look of confusion and curiosity.

He looked at the floor not able to bare the weight she has placed on his palate. He turned away from her and looked into his hell hole. " Listen I am a Sith warlord. And that already makes me one of the worst men who have ever lived by default. And I am fully aware that for the things I have committed I can never achieve atonement....I don't need you to tell me...ANYTHING ABOUT WHO I AM....DO YOU HEAR ME WOMAN?!" He quickly extended a palm and without hesitation Nyla was launched through the sliding doors and into a wall. She staggered but remained conscience. "I Have informed Orex to meet you in your chambers....Now I shall...retire to my quarters."

This was another moment he was glad he had a mask and private chambers to shut out the world. He couldn't bare to let anyone see he was crying...But he couldn't bare to let anyone see he had hurt her more.

I turned a corner to head to [member="Darth ravenous"] 's chambers when Nyla pushed past me. Quickly glancing her face I saw she was distraught, crying. I thought about my own methods of leadership. If someone on my ship displayed such weakness, they would be killed. Though I was certainly intrigued as to what caused this.

I approached the Sith's door and slowly made my way in;

"I corrected what I could. The local government will assume the act was carried out by the Crimson Dawn."

I elected not to apologise for my mistakes or ask any questions. I intended to remain neutral in my relationship with the Sith. I did not want to submit to him but at the same time, useful connections within the Sith Empire were essential to my plans and so I hoped I could bring myself to a steady footing with the Warlord. Though if I had to bare another of his Tantrums, I was not confident my anger could be contained.

As I stood, I felt Ravenous. Anguish poured off him in waves. Putting two and two together, he seemed to have a fractured relationship, and a hidden interest in Nyla. This perplexed me. He was a Sith. A man of raw anger and little attachment. Or at least most Sith are. Evidently, Ravenous did not live up to a respectable standard. This man was sensitive towards a certain individual. This in itself was a glaring weakness and had me harbour a sense of sheer disappointment in him. So close to power, yet still skimming the edges of a weak soul. Pitiful.

Orex Maudahttp://starwarsrp.net/user/20280-orex-mauda/ Stood in the belly of the dark lords chambers giving an explanation to what transpire below. This was not a good day, He had hoped by killing the delegates and gaining retribution for the sins they committed there would be some sort of gain from their loss. But there was nothing. Though irrefutable Ravenous walked away with baggage from this personal endeavor it was undefined without note and it was eating away at him. Maybe it was because he did not carryout the murder himself or possibly because there was not enough death for true satisfaction. Or maybe it was what he had feared for some time, It was entirely possible it was because the damage the galaxy had inflicted on him was irreversible.

Yes that must be it. After decades of anguish and turmoil becoming Sith had taught the man to express his feelings and to accept them. The pain he received had become his character. Finally after all this time he had found an answer but there was need of conformation. "Very well. You may return to Nyla to receive payment when she returns from...personal matters. But first I must ask you something...Out of everything and everyone and group of people in the galaxy who do you believe cause the most destruction. Not which faction but as a collective group." He turned to face the man with each word he removed his mask.

His long hair initially scrunched up flowed down his neck and he turned to face Orex. His eyes were no longer a Sith yellow but he gave a huge grin that showed his back teeth on the left side of his face, Not to mention his eyes were bloodshot. "Choose wisely your very words could determine the fate of the galaxy itself."

Watching as Ravenous removed his mask, the first thing that caught my eyes was the open grin on the left side of his face. An interesting coincidence that we both had the same permanent grin. Albeit on opposite sides of the face. I was awfully intrigued as to how he got his. But looking at the rest of his face likely provided evidence. His flesh was melted and contorted. Typical of that of a burnt man. Certainly an intriguing past.

"Of course the Jedi and Sith have ravaged the Galaxy incessantly in their pitiful conflicts. But it is the politicians who have permitted this. Those that sit in their courts and councils, forever squabbling and never truly seeking Unity. They destroy us all piece by piece. Perhaps it is some people's duty to take their power and use it more.. effectively."

His answer provided insight before thought un obtainable but his thoughts confirmed everything the man had suspected. His eyes became a bright Sith orange as he turned to face the room before him his smile dissipated and was instead replaced with a grimace that indicated extreme displeasure. He grunted as if he was in great pain and cocked his head again to look Orex in the eye. "So your telling me that the religions that are the Jedi and the Sith destroy the galaxy because the senators let them. But the senators let them because the people are indecisive."

A look of joy took hold of his facial muscles once more, But something was off it was a fake smile it was the kind people give when they are trying to hold back something devastating in the back f their mind. "INGRATES!" His rage was unleashed and he smashed a piece of expensive architecture to the floor breaking it into the pile of dust it was hiding under. "I spent all this BLASTED time trying to figure out why I was such a murderous SCUMBAG! But now I realize it was THEM WHO NEED TO CHANGE!"

He lifted himself off the floor and everything else in the room too...Including Orex.

Ravenous's emotions flew through me like a powerful gust of wind. I found myself in the air, raised by nothing but emotion. And here it was, Ravenous was going through an emotional instability. Why? His silly little charades with a subordinate.

"Look at you. You're in a state of emotional turmoil. You're insulting yourself for simply exerting dominance and bringing your own plans to fruition. Someone else is plaguing you, making you hate yourself. Who?"

I knew exactly who it was. A Sith Warlord calling himself a murderous scumbag. Sounding like a depressed teenager. All because he invested his emotions into a woman. Pitiful. But I wanted to hear him say it.

Ravenous began to take long winded huffs the kind you take after you've come back from a long sprint. His hands were clenched and his teeth were grinding up against each other. His thoughts became unclear and incoherent. It was as if he had no control over what he was thinking.

Everything around him began to be crushed his Rage tore through them like paper. They only thing sparing Orex from this onslaught was his affinity to the force protecting him. His vision became white and his hair stood on end, He hunched over and began to growl as if some kind of beast. What has become of him was this what pure rage felt like?

His eyes expelled embers from the open flame that has become his pupils his attention turned towards the door that had been sealed by the officers outside attempting to shield themselves. He began to pace forward slowly. "Love conflicts everything that is me....I will make this right." He summoned his lightsaber hilt and igniting it he looked at Orex. "But...you die...first."

I felt like I was back in the Delegates Chamber. My anger began to scream in my ears and I could feel my diaphragm contracting in response. If I couldn't calm Ravenous, or at least switch his attention, this would get very.. aggressive. I switched into a ready stance and subtley unhitched my mentor's purple lightsaber.

"Ravenous listen to me. I am not your enemy. Those who have done this to you are. SHE is your enemy. She has weakened you, contorted your sense of power. Embrace this Anger you feel and destroy what plagues you. Find yourself, and I can help you become much more than you are now. Let us work together. The Dark Side is our home. Ours."

I didn't ignite my saber just yet. I didn't want to confuse him. I was trying in earnest to solidify an alliance during this newfound anger. I was convinced this man and myself could work together. But if he was truly bent on my demise, then I would simply have no choice but to destroy him.

Ravenous stood there eyes glued to the hilt that was now in Orex's hand, His words meant nothing and he understood nothing. He had done nothing to warrant such an anger other to exist and it was honestly a shame. "No...you understand not. The dark side brings anguish and destruction....while the light brings weakness and a lacking in sensibility.....the grey simply try to hide and shroud themselves which honestly makes them no better in the slightest....I will burn theses dogmatic views away.....we have evolved and the galaxy must evolve with us.....you on the other hand are everything that's wrong with this plain."

His thoughts went back to Orex's attitude towards the people around him and overall the grandeur he left in the force, Particularly his deep seeded anger for all things living. He looked the man up and down thinking about his next move. "Yes...you would destroy what is hope to build and I cant let that happen." With that sentence he rushed the man and leapt into the air preparing to strike down.
