Makeb. A world he had not been inclined to visit until now. He often read of the vast, jagged stone pillars that held homes, small settlements, and shrines of all kinds. But, he had never seen them in person, never felt the air blow past on a gentle breeze. Until now, the world held no interest to him nor did its untamed wilderness beckon him to explore its depths for hours at a time. The mesas that stretched for miles and miles on end in all directions, teeming with beings and paced full of vast villages made up of homes, stores, and patches of nature. But, that wasn't why he was here. Perhaps after he would explore the "new" world if time allowed.

The Spaceport was no different than the mesas it seemed. As expected, it too, was swarming with beings of all kinds as the Zabrak left his shuttle behind and ventured outdoors. The sunlight here was welcoming and the air was alive with shouts and smells for vendors assailed his ears. Around him, he could see all kinds of humans and aliens alike. Though, one of them in particular caught his eye. This figure was a male that was roughly his height, if not slightly taller. He had short hair that was slicked back. He wore a cloak that obscured his clothing from the Zabrak's sight. Tevro noticed him easily enough and it seemed that others did too, the man stuck out. But, so did Tevro, as he was dressed in all black despite the beaming sun battering him constantly. His attention shifted away from the man and continued his walk towards the jungle.

Before he knew it, he'd reached the edge of the thin forest. The trees were tall and palm-like as he weaved through them. He passed up thick brush as he hacked his way deeper into the trees and vines. Now, it could be called a proper jungle. He jogged past more and more trees and through even more dense mixtures of grass and planets. He paused a moment and listened. In the distance, he could hear water pouring down and splashing into a pool of water. He took off in the direction of the water, following it as it grew louder and louder. Within about five minutes of running, he slid down a sloping hill to stand on a sandy bank.

From across a pool of still water, the grass were tall and the tree that was rooted only a few feet of from the opposite bank. Tevro sat down in a lotus position in the sand, opting to settle into this meditative position instead of kneeling as he often did. Today, he didn't need to focus on anything in particular. He just needed to relax and clear his mind. As he listened to the flowing water and closed his eyes, ceasing to use his Force Sight to see, he felt at peace, oddly enough. But, this was what he needed. A moment away without sight, however unrefined that sight was. A moment where he could simply let go and feel.
