- Description: The People's Revolutionary Army is an organization of ex-slaves from Dronto ol Frero who have banded together under socialist ideas pioneered by their founders. They reject the concept of wealth, instead relying heavily on smaller organizations to equally distribute basic resources, build housing for new members, and manufacture/divvy out needed specialty gear to those who need it. These smaller organizations more commonly known as 'Sectors, Blocs, or Guilds' make up the very basis of society. Every citizen is a part of a particular sector, and it is through labor that they earn the aforementioned equipment and right to vote. Labor is not expected, but those who do not work do not vote and are last on the list for much needed and scarce materials. All of these groups however must also serve in the military either in manufacturing or actual assault. Contracts will be made available by the military command and any who accept the contract are given the appropriate gear and a small reward voted on by democratic choice. This could range from anything to an expansion on their quarters, luxury goods, or extra rations.

- Domain: Along with the free city, the P.R.A. governs and guards a small collection of underground caves, caverns, and passageways away from the prying eyes of their enemies. They mostly stay to themselves, occasionally sending out troops to try to emancipate more slaves and strike vital blows at their corporate enemies.

- Hierarchy: There are a collection of smaller organizations within the P.R.A. (The Industrial Bloc, Miner's Guild, Farmer's Association, and Militant Bloc to name a few) each is somewhat independent but listens to which ever organization is voted into power by the people. Every year a democratic vote is held for the leader of each organization within each organization and then a broader vote open to the public where the leading organization is elected. For the entire history of the P.R.A. the Militant Bloc has been the elected leader almost unanimously every year, a temporary evil until the slavers and enemies of the people are kicked off Dronto ol Frero. The leaders of all these organizations form a council, who vote on various matters of state, make laws, and shape/direct the economy. The leader of the ruling faction is given special privileges, such as veto power and is the only one able to call the council into session. Yet they are incapable of passing laws or practicing government without a majority vote from the few dozen other council members. These council members also carry out trials and sentencing for any criminals within the organization who are often jailed or have their memory of the Free City and the P.R.A. wiped from their memory and then banished.
- Membership: Membership is achieved through labor. As long as you are a registered member of a smaller organization within the P.R.A. and your co-workers can vouch for your work you are given full citizenship and voting rights. However those who do not work are still cared for as they are fed, and housed, usually in larger communal housing areas rather than getting their own room/house.
- Climate: The People's Revolutionary Army is held together by a strong feeling of 'national pride' for their achievement of forming what they believe is one of the few true egalitarian societies and also by a strong sense of community born from true equality and a need to band together against the slavers. A small amount of Propaganda created by the Public Service Association also helps drive their efforts, but each poster, pamphlet, and announcement must have been agreed upon unanimously by the ruling council.
- Reputation: The slave population of Dronto ol Frero looks up to the P.R.A. but many outside the system in the rest of the galaxy view them as terrorists as Corporate Sponsored Media of the Corporate States of Dronto ol Frero portrays them as such and they often commit terrorist attacks against each other and blame the P.R.A.

- Rules: The P.R.A. has a surprising lack of laws, and what laws there are can basically be summed up to "as long as its between consenting adults we don't care". What few laws that are enforced deal with the secrecy of the P.R.A. to stop them from being discovered or with the rationing of goods and services so that they are as equal as possible or handed out to those who actually need it for their profession/task.
- Goals: The current goal of the P.R.A. is to overthrow the slaver capitalist regime currently ruling Dronto ol Frero and establish a new egalitarian planetary government. Many of the leaders dream of further expansion and liberation but many view that as being decades off or near impossible.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The P.R.A was founded not by a slave, but a free Chiss who hated what her once proud colony had become. She was the great granddaughter of one of the first founders, and her parents both had hopes that their world could be different than the rest of the Chiss species. Yet they were one of the few. They were rich enough to send this free chiss to Coruscant to study language, philosophy, and art and it was here that she began working on a thesis that would become the basis of the governmental structure and philosophy of the P.R.A.
Very few remember who she was, and her existence is often ignored as a fairy tail by the average member of the P.R.A. as their eternal struggle is against the Chiss. When she died, the few dozen slaves she had freed continued on her dream and grew it into the organization it is today. The People's Revolutionary Army has been fighting a mostly uneventful but hopeless war for decades lacking both numbers and technology to retake their planet. But with a recent discovery of Songsteel in their mines near the Free City of Kityado ol des Quebos Trati things are finally looking up.
