Accessibility: Private access only, guards and strict IFF landing codes for the outside pad restrict who can go to and from the property.
Security: Surveillance throughout the property, along with Valessia’s own personal guard units. Her own troops with their armor modeled after ancient Sith Troopers of the past and personal Chiss/Noghri agents that live on the property.
Description: A small country home seated at the edge of the newly formed Crawley County that sits as an administrator of farmland. The home is older in its build and age, and reflective of the Galidraani population that has since immigrated there. The land on the estate is quite suitable for farming and allows for a small village of farmers to reside on the property. The estate’s size is moderate and works to serve the county as best as possible.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Main House: The most visible portion of the estate, the main house serves as the home to the Baroness and her family.
Guard Barracks: Seated behind the main house, are the guard barracks along with a small training yard.
Garage: Armored cars, luxury speeders are housed here it’s just off to the left behind the main house adjacent to the landing pad.
Armory: A small tower off to the right of the home holds weapons, and a weapons collection as curated by [member="Gunther Creed"] himself.
Shield Generator: Built within the Armory, the shield generator provides a light defense for the property.
Landing Pad: For small speeders, and designated government transport it sits above the garage.
Wading Pool: Among the first things you notice upon entrance to the property, the pool is circular in shape and undergoes a cleaning once every quarter. The pool is home to small fish, occasional frogs and ducks.
Baths: Beneath the main house, with an in-house entrance where a small pool is kept warm along with a sauna, and table for a message. The bath also serves as the location for in-house manicures and pedicures.
Servant’s Annex: Seen next to the main house on its left as you come in, this serves as the home for the property’s servants the kitchen is shared between the main house and the annex.
Farmer’s Village: Located in the front property near the stables, a small village with room for approximately four families sits with two stalls and a well.
Stables: Houses the estate’s steeds and is situated in front of the village, there’s a small practice track between the stables and the horse.
Barn: Off to the right just behind the village, serves to aide in the shearing of sheeps, and the milking of cows as well as housing them when needed.
Fowl Coops: Made to house a variety of fowl for the estate.
Kennel: Located behind the armory opposite of the garage, houses the estate’s dogs.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Awarded to Valessia Brentioch in a ceremony celebrating victory after the Ssi-Ruuvi Siege of Dosuun. Pemberley went untouched initially until the former Ambassador’s return from an unexpected and rather ominous trip to Thule. Consequences of her actions on Thule led her to being kept under house arrest on Pemberley. Carefully watched by the FOSB, the Baroness began to invest her time and money on the property. Turning to the affairs of the locals, and managing her seat as allowed by the Supreme Leader.
The property itself sat untouched and maintained minimally by the former Talbot County administrator. Talbot County was split into two forming the new Crawley County as a way to manage the growth of the rural regions surrounding the Avalonian countryside. Crawley now neighbors Branson and nearby Pelham County providing a buffer for Talbot County. The county’s main export into Avalonia is its dairy followed by grain production, leatherworks and fine wood are also sent into the city.
Baroness Valessia Creed is the first to hold the title for Crawley County, and her newborn son, Gunther Sival Creed has been named as her heir. Her husband, Colonel Gunther Creed of the First Imperial Army resides on the property with her and assists in its day to day operations.
