Public Patched Up in Nar Shaddaa (Black Sun and open - spacers, refugees, cyborgs, injuries)

She's been here before. Well, not here specifically, but on a table getting implants and other cyberware installed. A good patient who sat still, listened, and sometimes played off of a joke or two.

"A.. A what? Not sure I'm familiar with that brand." Arris wasn't great with history.

Though when they brought out the jaw itself, she wondered. "Damn, that's rad, but uh... how does it work?"

Kissing, biting, and grinning were all in the cyborg's list of favorite things to do with a mouth. One of those activities is how she lost her jaw in the first place.

"Got anything that belonged to a star or celebrity?"

It was looming, the threat of death when you were in his line of work.

SIA SPECDIV
BLACK SUN

AGENT ESKOL

He knew he made people uneasy. He knew that for a fact. He was a killer, a violent man. A SIA operative gone rogue, a practitioner of every killing art known to man in the shadows. He entered the clinic with the same mannerism as he always brought into a place-

Looming death.

And he was on the run, now. From a lot. Soon enough, the SIA would send people after him. Or maybe the collapsing Alliance would forget. But people would remember.

So, Torn- the man of a thousand names and a million lies, came to a conclusion: he needed a new face. And who else but a Doctor who wouldn't ask questions, who wouldn't care. He sat down in the lobby, hands folded. He was dressed casually, the kind of man you'd look at, pass by, and never think twice about. The power of anonymity. He liked it that way. And he needed it to stay that way.

He waited for the spare-parts cyborg to be done.

"Okay so we're thinkin cosmetic. What's the matter?"
Skeevi held up the bulky, brutalist Malak jaw in front of their face. "Little low on pretty? But no I'm low on good jaws. There's those two and otherwise it's like bottom half of a droid face, that's your options. Oh. Synthskin, gotta lotta synthskin. Cover'em over."

"You don't gotta wait for me to get done,"
Skeevi said, leaning in the lobby door and looking mostly at the camera. "The place's instanced. Classic Denon time warp. Every customer gets hundred percent attention. Whatcha need? Gun fist?"

A call: "Hey! This is Arris Windrun - jaw girl, remember? I uh... don't think I caught yer name last time, but you did great work on the eye. You wouldn't happen to know anything about podracers, would ya? There's this big Grand Prix on the horizon - need someone to manage things from the pit. Say... 2,500 credits up front plus 15% of the total earnings?"

I remember jaw girl.

Can do the pit, can do the whole pit. No problem for the first planet. How many planets? I got work.
