A lot of people are going. I would recommend keeping a steady pace by keeping a steady posting schedule for yourself (once or twice a week?) and then just let everyone else plug in when they can. If someone misses posting between your posts then they can just say they followed and are where everyone else is. Also late arrivals to the thread can say they were there the whole time just slinking behind.

Keep forward motion at least and then hopefully it won't die out after only a bit. ^_^
