- Plating along arms is able to extend to create a barrier between operator and debris.

- Hydraulic Control Circuit offers intensive mitigation of stray ionic energy or directed ionic energies from disabling the suit.
- Hydrogrip manipulators act as typical fingers with high load capacity while Magclamp palms allow for electromagnet lifting of objects.
- Restraint Harness keeps operator safely inside the exoskeleton while the shock absorption system provides comfort during continuous operation.
- Emergency battery provides an hour of life to return the suit to a proper charging station in case of main generator failure.
- Arms extend to reach possible fallen objects with ease rather than requiring the operator to bend or directly lift if applicable.
- Personal shield allows for additional protection from various stray factory dangers such as accidental projectiles, stray energy discharges, etc.

- While the Restraint Harness keeps the operator safely inside the exoskeleton, the removal of the harness system is time consuming and not readily done in an emergency.
- Hydraulic Control Circuit is largely antiquated and difficult to self-repair without proper knowledge or equipment.
- Catastrophic failure of the HAPU Generator will likely involve the imminent demise of the operator.
- General design and not focused on any one field in particular, possibly requiring modification to specialize in a field of operation.
- If the emergency battery also fails, the suit will power down and require heavy equipment to fetch and/or move aside.
- If the actuators in the arms are damaged, they may either lock in the extended or closed position and require severe maintenance to be functional again.

While droids exist at large to move cargo and other goods around. Sometimes a situation arises where a droid is either not applicable, or one does not have access to such a helper. The Priddy General Labor Exoskeleton is made to be a modular, base-frame exoskeleton for lone cargo haulers, and general laborers seeking additional equipment to ease their workload. By no means combat rated, the suit is civilian in nature and while able to be finely tuned, would not stand up to anything beyond a light collision requiring either complete replacement of the unit or costly calibration to make it usable again.
