Outpost 002 (Endor)

Jaster had brought the merchant fleet to Endor, the famed planet that was the turning point for the fall of the first galactic empire. Well at least from what was recovered from ancient archive data-chips. There was no Goverment of Endor, thus the Trade Conglomerate could place a Trade Station here without approval. It was just how these things worked. The construction of the station would only take a few weeks and his crew chief promised she would be done before the months end. Jasters station was a small on, she would rarely be used if at all. Just having this outpost at the end tail of the Sancturary Pipeline was just for sole control.

The pipeline itself was pretty much useless now that the Fringe fell some months back, and this deep in the old territory warlord still fight for control of some planets. Endor of course was thee exception, the planet was useless unless wood started to become a rare commodity in the galaxy. So thus was why this station was only 960 meter across and 400 meters top to bottom. Just enough to haul cargo and have an occasional few ships stop by.

Jaster pointed that the station needed to stay in a constant orbit around the moon. This was just a normal routine mission of the construction of a small trading outpost. Out here, nothing really happened, the last auctioned that happened out here was the invasion of the Fringe. Jaster knew little of that conflict, if you could call it one. All that mattered was that the Fringe got the moon and the inhabitants were kept alive, lucky them.

He continued to look over the statues reports of the construction crews. They were moving on schedural and it seemed that they would complete it in time for Jaster to meet the 2nd fleet for continued joint ops. Now Jaster needed to just keep waiting till the completed the station.

It's been a week and they have completed the skeleton of the station. With the precision job finished, the drones would be sent in to do the larger parts quickens. Shuttles were transporting material from the Supply Cruisers. It was quicks a lot of work that was being finished quickly. Jaster loved to the Coms Terminal, he radioed the Cheif Foreman.

"Cheif, how the hanger looking?"

The Cheif looked back into the Datapad and searched for the details, "Well sir, it's almost done, probably another two day, but we configured it to fit some of the larger end shuttled, unfortunalty we will still have to configure the docking haches for universal fits."

"Roger that Cheif, command out."

He was getting there.

The hanger was now complete and still there was no complaints from the locals. Jaster had taken the chance to meet the Ewak clans. Their Cheifs seemed interested in trading their goods for shinny material. Droid parts, utensils, even small cheap necklesses were of their interest. Jaster had no need for the resources of Endor but possibly he would be able to find something worth trading on the planet.

He would save that for the servers and their analysis of the soil samples or any archalogicle digs that could uncover anything worth selling to the imperials. From what he gathered they enjoyed their historical stuff that reminded them about their old years. Jaster just saw this as opportunity to gain more money.

It was nearing completion, the Trading Post was now complete and would be able to take on new crew and supplies to last them till the next rotation.

Jaster toured the ship, she was a little sloppy work, but again she would probably rarely be used in the use of UTC transports until they find something. The station had 6 Docking Hatches as well as one large Hangers. This would allow the station to take on some of the larger ships and even stuff some shuttled till they were able to leave. From the plans, outpost 002 would be able to be crewed by less then 100 people and can contain 300-350 people. It was a good start for the UTC first station outside of Val'hala.
