DESCRIPTION
Osseriton Arms Corporation was established by the Fel Government in an attempt to create an independent weapon production facility, after the empire fell, the company went under. William Harris maintained a majority share-hold in the corporation and continued to collect from trickling profits made by limited reproduction weapon lines. After returning to Osseriton with Emperor Alexander Fel, and receiving the appointment for Osseriton's Senatorial seat, Harris directed the company to restart production of weapons, as well as investing a large sum of money from his personal accounts to start an independent research and design section within the company. The Company is now working to supply Harris and the Emperor's Defense forces on Osseriton, as well as private Paramilitary forces raised by the local government and carry out sales to the open market as needed.

RATIONALE
William Harris Signed bill 3501, The Military Expansion Act, while reigning as Grand Premier of the Fel Imperium, this established the corporation providing the government a majority shareholding position within the corporation and made it's actions subject to direction from the Emperor (And by extension, the Premier). Upon receiving his Senatorial Seat in the galactic Alliance, Harris invited Alexander Fel back to Osseriton to rule locally under the Galactic Alliance. The people's assembly on world signed bill 5891, officially reclaiming the corporation under the authority of both the Galactic Alliance, and the Fel Government of Osseriton.
