Once More with Feeling (Need Master)

[member="Crystal"]

Azlyn walked up and saw her master as she looked upon it all and smirked and then they were looking upon it all. She was walking behind her while her eyes flicked back and forth from each and everything. She saw the port and the ships with a nod of her head moving... she wondered if they were going somewhere to train and she stretched rolling her shoulders and letting her bones pop loudly before she ran her hands over her face pushing the hair back. "Are we flying somewhere my master?"

Crystal nodded. “We are indeed,” she replied. From her pocket, she pulled out a datapad and began searching the galactic map for a suitable place to play. That would give the Zeltron woman time to figure out how to get the ship off the ground, out of the space port and headed to space.

After the ship had begun its ascent to orbit, she levitated it to Azlyn. “Those coordinates,” she instructed. Assuming that Azlyn knew what to do with them, they should be on their way.

Azlyn looked at her master and the datapad while she was looking over them headed for the ship and the cockpit. A small smile on her face though while she was twirling a finger in her hair sitting down. The controls dancing under her hand and the screens showing where they were headed as she pulled the ship out of the hanger and towards the skyline, then into space and the feeling of open space was wonderful to her as she set the course for hyperspace. "We are nearly ready to go my master."

Crystal nodded. “Go. There’s no sense floating around in space.”

Now there was time. A lot of time. She took the datapad back and began to retrieve some information for her apprentice to study. Constructing a lightsaber. Then she tossed it to Azlyn. “Read. Quietly.”

The Sith would be meditating and resting during the journey. She didn’t particularly enjoy space travel, though it was tolerable if she kept her mind busy.

Azlyn set the course, the quxoni nebula and sector of space. There had been sith ships there and now as she was given the datapad her master had A small sadistic smile on her face as she propped herself up there in the pilots seat and leaned back a little sucking a small amount of air through her teeth. She had some ideas and knew a few places where to go for the valuables. "Yes my master."

Time passed. Slowly. But it passed.

And Finally, the luxury ship exited hyperspace. The end was in sight. That pleased the Sith Princess.

Considering that her apprentice had ample time to read, she would let the Zeltron lead the way and merely observe the woman’s choices. If required, she would direct her further.

“I am going to assume that you know what your task is. I am here merely to ensure that you don’t kill yourself in trying to completing the task. How will you begin?” It was either shopping for parts, or finding the crystals first. Either way, both needed to be done before anything could come together.

Azlyn was thinking about it, 'How best to get crystals in a nebula?' The thought was going through her mind as she looked at everything around them. Her hands going over the controls and setting the course into the nebula as she looked now at the scanners. She could see a blip and looked over at one of the half wrecked star destroyers, from the look of it an intervictus design with a gravity well that had been ripped from it. Azlyn started bringing the ship in to dock and had a small thought about maybe she'd luck out and there would be crystals within the ship.

Crystal narrowed her eyes. She wasn’t nearly sure that docking was a sound strategy, but as she said, she was merely along to make sure that the Zeltron apprentice didn’t get herself killed in trying to construct a weapon, including during the collection process. And so, she would remain silent about her choices and merely follow physically until such a time presented itself.

Azlyn docked the ship extending the clamp and moving as she went off to get the equipment, the parts to build a lightsaber were easy enough. The suit there was built for a smaller figure with less oxygenso she could moved while securing the helmet on herself. The airlock hissed at it opened and readouts were good but she wasn't going to remove her helmet in case of something. All she really wanted to do was search while moving forward into it. Her eyes watching closely going back and forth.

Crystal remained in the ship, in the pilot’s chair, just in case they needed to depart quickly. She also had a communications channel open in the event that Azlyn required assistance of some sort. But for the moment, it was dead quiet in space, and her apprentice was simply out for a walk.

Azlyn continued to move throughout the ship, her eyes tracking as they flicked back and forth in the suit. The small suit was tighter then she expected now and in the silence her mind was looking for ways to occupy itself with some internal songs and dance. She opened one of the doors and grinned taking in the sight of several frozen floating sith while her magnetic boots activated making sure she stayed on the ships floor. Their utility belts and equipment hers to search while she was moving.

Crystal began tapping her finger tips. That continued for a few minutes before she grew bored of it and started rapping them on the control panel. It was ridiculous that she couldn’t keep herself amused for a short period while her apprentice was out scavenging or whatever it was she was doing.

With an exasperated sigh, she hit one of the buttons and music began to fill the silence. And she closed her eyes to enjoy it.

Azlyn kept moving as she was focused now, going through and the crystals she had found were there. The girl was moving into a room as gravity returned and there was partial power. She was still in the suit but the plating was working to normalize her. She moved to the center of the room and was focusing on the energies around her. She could feel the crystals now and breathed in and then out. Taking a seat while the spare components were in her pouch. The crystal from the ones she had found and the kyber that became the color needed was more then enough. Azlyn knelt down focusing on the crystal as the white shard glowed.

Crystal’s head swayed back and forth with the rhythm of the music that she was presently enjoying. She hadn’t heard anything from Azlyn, which meant there wasn’t a problem. No news was good news, most of the time. But the Sith Princess was not particularly concerned about this mission. It was a true test after all. If her apprentice required hand holding at this point, then there wasn’t a whole lot that the Sith could teach her.

Azlyn continued with her work, finding her mind drifting to watch and look at the shards while she thumbed the metal with her hand. Focused more on what was in front of her over what she was going to do before she let out a breath in the suit. Her mind going blank and the pieces f the saber floating in front of her with her mind shifting them. Her thoughts assembling the blade slowly and delicately as she thought more on not disappointing her master over winning her favor fully. She needed to get it right not great.

Crystal would approve of the apprentice’s present goal of getting it right rather than it being a great masterpiece. If she could stay alive to see it function correctly, then she could improve it later with fancier pieces. But the point of the lesson was to do it correctly and not blow herself up. It was no easy task, but Azlyn was capable of completing it if she’d retained the pertinent information.

Azlyn didn't know how long she had been there and at it. She was working on the saber and brought her hands forward, the feeling of the blade between her hands as she gripped it and felt slowly to the inner workings. Then she squeezed it to activate, the grip activated and force rather then flipping a switch. It meant she needed to extend her influence within the force over it making it harder for others to grab. at and take from her while the snap hiss came. Slowly a sickly red blade activated with a snap-hiss and humming sound. The blade pulsing a little from the excess heat and cutting strength. It was perfect or at least not blowing up in her hands as the zeltron could smell the ozone where the plasma scorched the air when she swiped it. "I think you are ready."

The Sith could hear Azlyn speaking over the comm, but wasn't listening for her with the music playing. She did however note that she was still able to speak and thus hadn't blown up yet. Death had not yet won her apprentice. Lucky Azyln.

She could feel the force while she was moving, walking back to her master with the blade as it burned and hummed. The sight to her eyes of the blade reflected in the helmet painting her into a crimson light as Azlyn swung it slowly letting the metal near her sizzle while the saber brushed against it. Finding that place to train it and practice swinging with her stance so that she had balance. The smile on her face now under the suit well worth it as the saber deactivated going to her hip with a click. Heading back into the ship while she listened for her master taking the helmet off and then the suit. Her saber the only thing she took from the suit on a shelf. "Master it is completed."

Crystal tapped her fingers as she waited for her apprentice to return. She could feel Azlyn's presence getting closer, so she already knew that the task was completed.

She turned when addressed, then extended her hand to call the newly constructed lightsaber to her hand. The Sith examined its crafting. It worked, so there was that. She activated it. It snap hissed. And hummed. It worked. Now, her apprentice had a weapon that worked.

Crystal tossed it back to Azlyn and offered the Zeltron a smile. "It works, and you're still alive. Well done."
