Once More with Feeling (Need Master)

[member="Crystal"]

Azlyn felt another zap as she moved around, she was keeping her aggression there for all to see and ground her teeth while she looked from behind her curtain of white hair. The rage still like an ivy blizzard sweeping across as she backed away and moved her hands in small semi circles screaming to let it out. Just like uncle Sang had said, a cold fire that is rage, power and aggression but not the fiery hatred most sith use. This was that coldness vindictive ice that hate could become.

Evidently, Crystal would have to increase the frequency and intensity of the lightning bolts. Azlyn needed to unleash the rage in a productive way. Her own memories and pain were not enough it seemed. That was fine. The Sith was very good at enraging people. Zappity Zap. Don’t clap back…

(yeah I went there…)

Azlyn ground her teeth and fell back, she was angry but still not fiery... She was cool and looking with black pupils at the images of her master as everything rolling off of her was pure wanting to destroy hate. She felt the tingling sensation at her hands and wanted to lash out with sparks of lightning but it wasn't going to be that effective. She'd have to think of another way while screaming and kicking with the force to make a distorted arc of energy.

Crystal narrowed her eyes. She was not getting the desired effect at all. “Contain that rage and unleash it!” She commanded. And zapped her again. At this point, she dropped the illusion which was clearly being wasted. This was her absolute last chance to do as instructed. Otherwise, the Zeltron would have to figure it out on her own and return when she could demonstrate the proper use of the technique.

Azlyn was confused... and angry, her rage was being unleashed it was contained and focused and being sent into every blast of energy she had. There wasn't anything left as her master was burning her out and deep down she couldn't pull from an infinite pool of rage. That usually gave out to cold indifference and apathy. Someone once said apathy is death and Azlyn ground her teeth as she stomped sending another force blast of energy towards her master.

Crystal smirked just a little. The Zeltron was weakening by the moment, but she still found a little more. That was the point. There was always more. With a raised hand, she absorbed the energy and lowered her hand.

“That will do for today. Go and rest and consider what you have learned today. Return to me when you feel ready to continue.”

Azlyn gave a nod of her head as she stood up giving a small huff and taking gulps of air into her chest as it heaved. She was moving back towards her room and felt pain in her muscles. Getting angry for less purpose then to show it was a dangerous thing and burning yourself out could be detrimental to ones self. She was moving to the bed and laid down taking all of it in for the time she was going. She'd have plenty of time to relax and her master could set up for her in the morning.

Crystal did indeed have something set up for the following day. The pool area was cleared of the usual patrons, the followers of Hali the indulgent one. The Priestess had also had the heater turned off the night before. The water was at least 50 degrees colder than it had been the night before. Not quite freezing, but it sure as hell would feel like it when Azlyn got in it.

The Priestess sat with an umbrella drink on a lounge chair and sunglasses on as the sun shone in through the ceiling. It was nice, and warmed her. And it would only get warmer. Lucky Crystal. Not so lucky for Azlyn.

When the white haired apprentice arrived, she gave her instructions. “Get in the pool. Stay in it.” Crystal sipped her drink through a straw and leaned her head back, basking in the sun.

Azlyn looked at her master and breathed in the air while she looked upon the water. She knew the water was heated... but that wouldn't be useful that made it comfortable and she could stay in there easily. Maybe her master had the water boiling... no she would see steam and it was still.. that meant it could be freezing or something to tantalize her senses as Azlyn slowly undressed down to not get the bodysuit wet. It might protect from weather for extreme cold or heat... which would nullify the exercise. Azlyn moved getting into the water quickly and submerging herself as she stood there feeling all of it. her breath escaping while the chill bit into every fiber of her being. She could feel the hair on her body standing on end. "Ohhhh." Azlyn focused and stood going up until the water was at her shoulders and neck with her feet flat.

Crystal took a sip of her drink, thoroughly amused at her white haired apprentice’s reaction to the cold. She set the cup down. “I recommend using the Force to regulate your body temperature.” No further instruction would come for the time being. It could take her a while, but the longer she took, the harder it would be to fight of hypothermia, among other things.

Azlyn looked at her master and closed her eyes while she focused, the core of her body the warmest part and she pushed there pooling the heat and force energy before expanding it. She churned it, expanded it, pushed it through her limbs through the muscles and veins. Slowly finding her own sense of warmth as it first was a dull throb then got warmer and warmer as she was working on Tapas a basic skill but so many overlooked it as her hands went to the side of her head and cradled her face. The force moving the warmth in a pool while she focused and worked to keep her focus with her eyes opened instead of just closed.

Crystal was going to keep the Zeltron on top of her game. Or she'd die trying more than likely. It was the perfect way to learn. Under extreme pressure. Sure, she'd just learned how to regulate her body temperature, but it wasn't a skill meant for indefinite exposure to harsh elements. Her body would still be effected eventually. And the Sith was just causing it to happen more quickly.

The White Haired apprentice would very suddenly feel a strong grip on her ankles and them being pulled out from under her. Crystal also began to ice over the surface water to seal her into the pool and under the water. New lesson, or utter failure. Crystal picked up her drink and sipped it again.

Azlyn was looking at her master waiting for the next set of instructions when it came. She felt the chill and then her head was under the water as she lost concentration for a moment and took a gulp of air. She was under the pools surface as it iced over and her eyes were wide. Slowly Azlyn focused letting her body relax and focus... slowly she pushed the force into her lungs and core to remain warm while the air slowed down. A moving trance and meditation while she knelt on the ground letting the heaving of her chest slow to a gentle rise and fall.

Well, the Zeltron wasn’t dead. Bonus for her. But, she still had to break through the ice to get out. Crystal was eager to see how much the white haired apprentice could multi task under conditions where most would panic.

Silently she communicated to her apprentice. “You may get out of the pool now.”

Azlyn could hear her master and she was staying very still, her focus on remaining warm and breathing. A small bubble coming from her nose while she moved up and touched the surface of the ice. She touched it lightly for a moment before tapping with her fingers and moving until she was in a good position. to press herself between both the ground and surface while focusing. Azlyn pushed on the ice then slowly applied heat to her hands to warm them up and dig them deeper and deeper into the ice. Until she could feel it giving and brought her face forward pushing at the ice before it cracked and let her out. The curtain of white hair clinging to her face while she stood up sliding out of the water with large gulps of air.

Crystal slurped the rest of her drink through the straw as she watched the albino Zeltron make her attempt to get out. At least the woman wasn’t foolish enough to try breaking through it and expending more energy than she had to spare in her present conditions. She was using her head, which was promising. But she was taking more time than she thought it would take her. That was fine. She was alive, and out. Her legs swung over the side of the chair to face her apprentice.

“So what have we learned today?” The Sith inquired with her head tilted.

Azlyn was there looking up at her masters feet as she gulped in air greedily allowing herself to look up as she spoke. She wanted to say 'That you're a cruel witch' but didn't. "How to survive and keep my mind under dangerous conditions. My master." She had a small look on her face while moving about and rising up while she shook her long white hair out. It clung to her skin while Azlyn looked out from under the the curtain of hair.

Crystal nodded. “I assure you, it will not be the last time that you find yourself in a situation that requires you keep your focus and not panic. In space, on toxic planets, even a simple situation such as the one you just encountered. There are many in this galaxy that kill and torture people for amusement. I do not. There is always a purpose.”

She eyed Azlyn. “Be wary of your thoughts, for they can betray you.” And she stood up. “Go and dry off. We will continue lessons later.”

Azlyn looked at her master and bowed her head as she moved to get towels and dry herself off. A look upon her face while she slowly wrung out her hair and the white curtain clug to her face. A sinister smile though was on her face as she was learning throughout all these months what to do and how to survive it might not be her running around and fighting but she was preparing and becoming stronger then others realized. She had the towel and wrapped it around her head getting the last of it while she had changed back itno her bodysuit and her bodys temperature was regulating with a small smile before she was walking back to find her master.

Crystal wasn’t surprised to sense her apprentice coming so soon after her last lesson. But she wasn’t really in the mood to continue. In fact, she wanted a change of scenery. The Princess began to head for the spaceport without speaking, and with Azlyn in tow. No words were necessary. The Zeltron woman would follow, that much she knew.

At the spaceport, her luxurious vessel waited. She had not called ahead, so her normal crew would not be present to make the journey. That was fine. She had an albino Zeltron that would do just nicely.

She boarded the vessel and made herself comfortable in the lounger. “You’re piloting,” Crystal said to Azlyn. Where? Well, she had about half an hour to figure that much out.
