APPEARANCE:

Omon is a tall, slender figure, standing at 6 feet and weighing around 165 pounds. His frame is athletic and wide, but at the same time still youthfully skinny. His face forever masked with emotionless expression, occasionally broken by small hints of sorrow in his eyes. Even with a bit of Sith blood in him, his skin is rather pale, which gives his messy dark black hair an ominous glow, in contrast. Same can be said with his eyes, both normal light green, and Sith orange and red.. they almost flare on the pale canvas which is his face.
His Sith bone sprouts, above his eyes and on the edges of his cheekbones, are the only parts which pulsing with bright color.. testament to the small amount of "Pureblood" in him.

Usually he is adorned by the black Sith inquisitor style kimono, with leggings tight around his ankles for better movement. Cowl either up his head or down his back.
His battle apparel is that of an old style Sith Inquisitor from the glory era of Darth Sidious and his Empire. Made by Omon's exact specifications, to look like it, but with added upgrades of the new age.

BIOGRAPHY:

Omon's life was, since birth it seemed, destined to be plagued by contradictions. Born on the planet Korriban, in great secrecy, at the behest of his Sith mother, who wished for her child to be delivered on her ancestral planet. Only to scour back to the edges of Outter Rim right after. For Korriban was unsafe to Sith for quite some time now.
His mother was a loyal and notable member of the Sith Eternal; her noble bloodline, of house Kaa, tracked down to the times of even Vitiate's Sith Empire.
While his father, a human with a common bloodline but strong connection to the force, was an agent of the secretive and shadowy Tsis'kaar. Order whose emerging happen when Omon was already in his adolescent years.
The strife which that event brought, between his parapets, made Omon in to a very distrustful person from a very young age.
He found peace in books and holocrons, despite being daily dragged by both his parents in to relentless indoctrination and training, by each of them. His mother taught him Sith Supremacy, while his father taught him of 'secrecy and preparation' as the duo which he called the Sith most paramount tools.
Even thou Omon was astute and efficient student, of both history and force use, he forever remained true to his own beliefs.. which he developed in between his parents, zealous, seances.
And his beliefs were extremely bleak.
Not only did he disdained all that his loved ones were pushing in to his head, but he started to disdain them as well. Two Sith, clamoring to him about supremacy, or tools for greatness.. while they are stuck on the edges of universe and history. Waiting to slowly die away.
At Omon's age of 20, his parents would die in a horrific flight crash, while landing on to one of their industrial properties. Many would be shocked and claim genuine surprise, for such skilled Sith to perish under such trivial circumstances. Some even openly accused of potential foul play, and demanded an investigation to take place, as 2 of 3 main branches members died under sketchy conditions. But in the end, nothing much came of it. And Omon inherited his family "humble" holdings, as well as his mothers noble family name of House Kaa.
Thou he was grateful and happy that Sith stopped slaughtering each other, his world views on Triumvirate, were cynical;
"Not only that we are blessed with a Sith'ari in our lifetime, but we are blessed with 3. On so many rocks and planets that are under our control, that you can place each of them, on one."
His depression over this matter grew daily, turning his views more nihilistic and sarcastic. His introversion and constant anger and indifference, did bring him much closer to the depths of the Dark Side, even unwillingly. His Force Sensitivity became extremely attuned, due to his lonesome and hermit like life, that when he was around people he could sense their intent, rage, sorrow, fear, in great depth.
But even with his apathetic look toward the current state of affairs, Omon was undyingly loyal to the Sith Order. He saw himself as a Sith Imperialist, and with his hidden emotions, he did desire to see Sith becoming a Galactic Empire once again. That could be the only thing that drove him forward. He became sure that Force has abandoned them, or that the scales are tipped so much against them, that the Dark Side is too muffled to be used properly. So instead, he seen the path toward unchaining, through technological advancmaant and the strength of weaponry. He seen in his mind, the creation of great fleet's and planet-Stations, which infused with Dark Side, would tip the scales toward them once more.

He finished the Warfare academia, as well as the Naval courses, with flying colors. Selling right away majority of his properties, in order to build his first(and only so far) capital ship.. "The Covetous" of the Afflicter(upgraded Harrower) Class.

And with it, his first step toward helping the Sith Order, would be exploring and enslaving any planet systems that are passing the parameters. Omon strongly believes, that gathering of forgotten technologies and constructing techniques(such as Rakata'n or Eternal Empire), combined with slave work force, is the only thing which can raise their military might, at the moment.

Two years in to his active service as a Sith Apprentice, Omon achieved extraordinary heights. After proving himself in several world conquering campaigns, he was appointed as the Governor of the planet Binaros. On which he reopen the old Imperial underground labs, as well as started a massive project of conquering the huge boiling sea mass of the planet. Under whose waves he envision a great cities and refineries to be made, harnessing the riches from the seabed.
A task which will undoubtedly take years to be fully achieved, but for which he is more then equipped with his will power.
After receiving his Governorship, Omon finally saw it as appropriate to assume his title of a Darth, taking the name which his father bestowed on him.. Darth Diem.

~Top Secret Information~ Unknown to majority of others, Omon was approached by powerful and esteemed Sith Darth Ophidia , with a proposition for Omon to follow his late fathers footsteps and join the secretive order of The Inquisitors. The dark mistress probably knew that he would jump to this opportunity with both hands. For it was always his dream to serve as the Empires Shadow.
This made him one of the few rare Governors who were actually part of the Inquisitorium. And Omon would dedicate his life to merging the two in to one. He started to see his planet as the extension of the Dark Order, and though no Inquisitor(few) would know he is part of The Bureau, he would make sure to treat each who land on Binaros as his family. Providing them with anything they need, be the equipment, ships, credits..
Even building a fancy building-office for the members of the Bureau who are stationed on the Binaros.
