Description: Oka decided to make new lightsabers because he feared others might take his other ones and use them against him. He went to Hoth and met a new friend, got the crystals and crafted them on Hoth. When Oka tuned the crystals for use in his lightsabers, they became focusing crystals and could only be used in lightsabers he constructed. Also, with him tuning them with the force, the lightsabers only activate with him now. Soon after making the lightsabers, he went to Mustafar and threw his old ones in the lava. Oka figured this would be a new beginning for him. These lightsabers will be his life, weapons, and shields.

I would recommend you research Wookieepedia on 'lightsabers' so you can write in the full description and reasoning on why it would only activate for Oka. Is this due to tech? Like a fingerprint mark. Is it that it that it is imbued through the Force to recognize only Oka's signature?
