Oh-Mu Gai was born into a difficult life on the estuary moon of Trask. His father was a trawler in the watery environs of Trask, and his mother died giving birth to him. The loss of his wife made Oh-Mu's father a resentful, abusive man. Oh-Mu spent much of his early life wandering the streets and trying to survive on his own, often being kicked out due to a row with his drunken father. Despite his tough upbringing, Oh-Mu was determined to make something of himself and find a better way of life.
One day, while scavenging for food, he was discovered by a Matukai adept who recognized the potential in the young Quarren. The adept took Oh-Mu under his wing and began teaching him the ways of the Matukai, a group of martial artists who used the Force to enhance their physical abilities.
Under the adept's guidance, Oh-Mu learned discipline, meditation, and martial arts techniques. He discovered a talent for combat and quickly rose through the ranks of the Matukai order. Oh-Mu found a sense of purpose and belonging within the order, and he began to see a way to use his newfound skills to help others.
With his training complete, Oh-Mu left the Matukai order and began traveling the galaxy, using his skills to bring balance and peace wherever he could. He fought against corruption and tyranny, always striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those around him. -
Strengths
- Amphibious: As a Quarren, Oh-Mu Gai possesses a range of unique abilities that come from his aquatic nature. His aquatic biology allows him to move through water more easily than most others, making him a formidable opponent in underwater combat. Oh-Mu's amphibious nature also gives him the ability to breathe underwater.
- Matukai Training: As a trained Matukai adept, Oh-Mu possesses incredible physical strength and agility that he has honed through years of intense training and meditation. He has learned to use the Force to enhance his physical abilities, allowing him to move with incredible speed and precision in combat.
Weaknesses
- Dehydrated Fish: As a Quarren, he is accustomed to living in semi-aquatic environments where the air is moist and humid. When he is in dry environments, such as deserts or arid planets, he can become dehydrated and fatigued more easily than other species.
- Dedicated to Balance: As a adherent to the Matukai philosophy, Oh-Mu is stubborn in his belief that the Force should be balanced. To the point that he will be debative with others who think otherwise.
