Defending Brosi had taken s significant toll on the neti, who never before had experienced such a range of emotions as she had during that second invasion of the planet she now called home. Not only was the metaphysical damage to herself and Psilofyr immense, but the sheer destruction wrought across the physical planet had been staggering. After a brief but immensely needed respite, one made merry by the cherished company of Lina Ovmar and Darth Strosius, the arboreal woman was back at work with grander plans formulating than ever she'd dreamed before.

There were many an ally who'd fought for Brosi that A'Mia wished to acknowledge properly. Of the foremost amongst them was the Lady of Secrets, more than that though, she sought further guidance from the esteemed and powerful woman.

Transmitting out a polite notice, A'Mia sent word ahead that she was setting course for Valrar and provided coordinates for her intended destination. Having been fortunate enough to visit a good handful of times, the neti had started developing favoritism for certain locations.

Setting down on the plains bordering the Umori Rainforest, A'Mia's shuttle soon dropped its ramp and the arboreal woman was soon gliding out into the noonday light. Cradled in her arms was what might have been a particularly large ball of moss. Her eyes took in the windswept beauty of the place and she quietly noted the subtle shifting in the Weave. Valrar was a lovely place, one which had heavily inspired A'Mia's hand in terraforming Brosi.

In the aftermath of Brosi, the Lady of Secrets and her followers had returned to the worlds within her influence to analyze the results of their creations and the Imperial forces they had fought against. It had been quickly surmised from battlefield reports, interrogations of raised Mephits of killed Imperials, and analysis of captured weapons that the Imperials had been trying to prepare themselves for combat against Sithspawn. They had clearly expected to fight against creatures and undead they had already previously encountered... they had not been prepared in the slightest for the creatures created by the Order of Arcane Syn and their Mistress.

To that, though, and pleased as she was with the performance, particularly of the Misini Arira Drakes, Erupters, and Mantises, Taeli and her subordinate alchemists and bioengineers were already drawing up plans for another generation of creatures that would be ahead of any countermeasures being developed by their enemies. She was in one such design meeting, looking over various DNA mockups and specimens that could be incorporated, when she felt it. She didn't even need her granddaughter to pass her the datapad or to see the message it contained to know that the Mother of Brosi had arrived in the Valrar system and was landing. As a lesson from her control of Ziost... she always knew when someone arrived on one of her worlds.

"Continue the session, I'll review when I return," she said quietly before disappearing into mist and purple smoke.

She would silently reform a few steps away from A'mia, offering her a small smile as she greeted the Neti warmly, "A'mia, this is a pleasant surprise. To what do I and Valrar owe to this visit?"

Contrary to the instinct to turn and face her idol in sorcery and Sithspawn creation, A'Mia's worried expression remained gazing out upon the horizon. It was uncharacteristic for the woman to humor dramatics whatsoever, but that wasn't truly what was at play. The neti was disquieted and suddenly unsure about sharing that which she'd come to discuss.

A'Mia began with that which was easier to give voice to. Turning, eyes downcast to the bundle in her arms, it was soon clear that she held a sleepy little drake to her as a mother cradles a newborn babe. The creature would be unrecognizable to any save for its original creator, and to the Lady of Secrets it might be clear that the Sithspawn had undergone significant transmutation indeed. Particularly given the fact that A'Mia's drake had sacrificed itself to dampen the effect of a wretched warhead that had been aimed directly for the World Tree.

"You honor me with this welcome," A'Mia murmured respectfully with a nod, the sleepy lichen covered drakling blinking up at her with a happy chirp.

"I've come to show you the extent of your genius in the wonders of this one," she bounced the baby in her arms, "…and to share strange tidings. To seek your wisdom therein."

Amethyst eyes were immediately drawn to the bundle in her arms, interest immediately rising as she saw the lichen that was growing from the Misini hatchling. While she had designed them to be adaptive, and she knew that A'mia had lost her original drake, it would seem... a light touch in the Force towards the hatchling answered her thought. This little guy had been born from the death of the original, embodying both the duality of Brosi and its Mistress. Oh, how very curious! Several theories immediately leaped to mind about the plant matter that seemed to have fused and grown with the drake, and she had to wonder what sort of properties it might possess.

But it would be rude to ask for a sample immediately.

Instead, she would offer the Neti a curious look as she processed her words. Strange tidings and to seek her wisdom. Curiouser and Curiouser indeed. "I have to say this is definitely a more unique adaptation for a Misini I've seen, but it suits you all the better. When we have some more time, I would be very interested in a sample of the plant matter that is part of it. But that can wait. Please, by all means, tell me about these strange tidings and what I can help with?"

If they were going to be conducting this meeting out in the wilderness, it would be right to have some refreshments as well. A flick of the wrist would summon a tea kettle resting on a floating platter with two cups for them.

A'Mia inclined her head in thanks, feeling more at ease with every passing moment. It was unusual for her to feel unease in the first place but the arboreal woman had experienced so many new emotions of late that it stood to reason she'd have a period of acclimation.

Now awake and fiercely curious, the little drake pushed itself up, stiff limbed in a shaky little stretch before he clambered up onto A'Mia's shoulders and snuffled the air. The neti had chosen this place for the open expanse of grasslands stretching from the edge of the forest where they stood. She knew the little Sithspawn needed to strengthen his wings and what better place than the land of his creator.

"You can of course study Lecano at your leisure — though I warn you he's in that stage where everything is a chew toy," she smiled faintly as the lichen-esque drakeling spread his wings and pushed off to glide out across the grass.

Without further pause, the neti shared her strange news as her large pupil less eyes followed Lecano's trajectory.

"I've been visited by odd dreams of late, visions during reverie unlike anything I've had before. The closest I've come is when I dreamed with the planet of Kashyyyk whilst entombed there years ago — held in stasis, subject to the ebbs and flows of the planet itself. I only awoke then when Darth Caedes Darth Caedes called to me through the Force, called to me during the retaking of Korriban. I feel the same now, that something is calling, that there is a pathway coming clear."

She paused, knowing this might seem strange. It was certainly unscientific. But the neti wouldn't be embarrassed as she knew the woman beside her was more than just a scientist and businesswoman. The Lady of Secrets was a legendary sorceress.

"I would not think to bother you with such but the visions grow stronger, they are vivid to the point of making themselves known during my waking hours. Since the last battle of Brosi, I sense a shift in the pattern of the great Weave. What would you do, were you in my place?"

"When are they ever not in the teething phase?" she asked, half joking about the generally aggressive disposition of most Sithspawn. Watching the young plant-drake hybrid take off, she was far more interested in what properties could be unlocked from the lichen that covered and was infused within its body. She suspected, given its source, that it could create very unique hybrids and lifeforms that were both flora and fauna combined... with the proper coaxing, of course.

But that could wait as the Neti began describing how she was feeling a... calling, for lack of a better term, something tugging at her within what she called the Weave and what Taeli would call the currents of the Force. This would explain to her why A'mia had gained the title of Seer of Korriban when she was first beginning within the Order under Caedes, especially if this wasn't the first time, as she had admitted. How interesting indeed. While yes, it was unscientific, she was no stranger to such visions or callings. In her many active years within the galaxy, she had experienced many herself. She had even caused a few with her own actions, their ripples spreading out to touch others. She would never claim the title of Seer, visionary though she was, as it had merely been an aspect of her studies and not the focus.

She would quietly pour them both a measure of tea from the floating kettle and its tray, offering the Neti a cup as she responded thoughtfully, "To offer guidance, I would need to see it for myself. Description is all well and good, but nothing ever defeats firsthand experience." The kettle would vanish as easily as it had appeared, replaced upon the tray by a geode of a strange chalky white stone with purple crystals within it. "In my travels, I studied with the Theran Listeners of Nam Chorios and learned many of their techniques and philosophies. One of those is a technique known as mnemotherapy, a Force technique that can allow others to view memories and even alter or remove them from an individual altogether through geodes such as this. If you are amenable, I would like to view one of these visions."
