SPECIAL FEATURES

• Improved physical prowess: The Neuron implant network allows for the miniscule droid brains to monitor and optimize the flow of electrical pulses within muscles and tendons, improving neural network impulses in order to approve reaction and reflex timing.
• Remote Access: While perhaps not the most humane of options, it can also be utilized to restrict rather than improve a person's physical strength, giving it an opportune use for prisoners and other people who've been deemed to be needing such a restriction.
• Chameleon: Used in combination with the janus polymer, this technology could effectively disguise operatives, as the impulses and contractions of vocal chords could also be adapted and changed all depending on the implantation of the network implants and to which degree.

STRENGTHS

• Versatile: The implant process can vary depending on the number of neurons one implants and in which areas, as they'd be mainly used for cerebral activity and any activity which requires impulses on a bio electrical scale for muscular activation and contraction, meaning they could affect and improve movement, reflexes, reaction time, vocal stress, pitch and timbre. However, they need to be coupled to other specialized tools for things such as sight, hearing, touch and smell...which are more minute.
• Very hard to slice: Because of its unique form of data transfer, methods for cracking electrical circuits in standard forms have little effect and those who know how to configure gabonna crystals have no use for said knowledge when cracking these droid brains.
• Good EMP resistance: While the EMP resistance does not effectively safeguard the entire system this droid brain is part of, it is a good way to retain memory, safeguard information and sensitive codes in case of retrieval.

WEAKNESSES

• Higher Tier means obey: While the Neuron like all other uniquely N&Z droid brains is very hard to slice, it is easier when one realizes all one needs is a higher tier of N&Z droid brain to coerce access. While still not as easy as opening a door, this is the backdoor to the resistance against slicing.
• Difficult to combine: The Neuron due to its intricate design and complexity is notoriously difficult to combine with non-N&Z sanctioned systems and materials, meaning that if used on systems and with systems which have not been worked on with the N&Z or any of its associates, the results may vary wildly.
• Pretty darn expensive and hard to repair: Though upon acquirement they are not at all expensive, the fact that most utilized technology and materials for the Neuron are either only available or known to the N&Z umbrella Corporation and it's subsidiaries, makes it near impossible to have it repaired, converted or upgraded by any other company that is not affiliated to the N&Z.

DESCRIPTION
The idea to improve soldiers was never a new thought, but the idea to directly implant miniature droid brains into living beings was less common place. While cybernetics did exist, they were still more based on medical need rather than actually being utilised as a means to improve the military apart from a few fringe projects. The Neuron Implant Network was built on the idea of having the miniscule quantum droid brains monitor and adjust the impulses and bio-electrical pulses within one's muscular and cerebral system to enhance the overall physical fitness and awareness without too many cumbersome armor pieces or exoskeletons to think about. With the operational cost being quite minimal and as a result the enhancements being good, but not elevating one to the degree an exoskeleton would, is to be considered a nice balance.

These neuron implant networks would also be used in the opposite spectrum, as a means to contain or restrict a person if need be, with the implant procedure not being all that invasive, this is a humane way to prevent dangerous individuals from causing harm while incarcerated...
