Biography.
Nyssara Velcarin, colloquially called by most as Velcarin, was a Force-sensitive Human female who served The Imperial Confederation as a member of The Inquisitorious established in 902 ABY after The Imperial Sector Authority, Risen Empire and Empire Reborn formed a new coalition of the Imperial Remnant in the former territories of The Empire of the Lost following the dissolution of the Lost's occupation of The Tion Hegemony (and other surrounding star sectors) after an economic collapse that was orchestrated by The Fifth Wing and the simultaneous fall of the Dark Empire following the conclusion to the disastrous CORE WARS.
A fallen Jedi Knight from the New Jedi Order, who turned to the Dark Side of the Force, Velcarin was forcibly recruited into the The Inquisitorious and conscripted to serve the new confederation following it's formation as an Inquisitor. Under the thumb of The Imperial Secret Service, Velcarin is a weapon sent on behalf of the confederation to do the things that others do not want to; a black-ops operative who operates under the discretion of her superiors who is steeped in the filth that keeps others clean.

Personality and Beliefs.
Velcarin is a devout servant to The Imperial Confederation following her fall to The Dark Side of the Force. A former Jedi, who was stationed on Nespis VIII to act a liaison between scientists manning the ancient station and the Lost-Imperials from The Empire of the Lost, she was forcibly recruited and subsequently indoctrinated into The Inquisitorious after The Imperial Remnant formed a coalition in the Outer Rim Territories following the simultaneous collapse of the occupation of The Tion Hegemony and the Dark Empire which dissolved after the conclusion of THE CORE WARS in 902 ABY.
A former believer in the democracies and laws of The Galactic Alliance, Velcarin suffered an extensive brainwashing programme wrought upon her by The Inquisitorious after she was captured following the release of The Trigonus Report: a propaganda piece written by
Sieliel Dimegor
and orchestrated by a seditious conspiratorial organisation known as The Fifth Wing which cited a Jedi conspiracy to destroy Imperialism throughout The Galaxy. After the report circulated in The Empire of the Lost, Velcarin was arrested, detained and then turned over to The Inquisitorious following the formation of The Imperial Confederation after The Fifth Wing brought about the end of the Imperial occupation of The Tion Hegemony by engineering an economic collapse of The Empire during The Sartinaynian Crisis.Taught to listen and obey orders, no matter how difficult or evil that they might be, Velcarin is an unwitting victim of conspiracy and subterfuge now turned into a weapon to serve the ideals that she once stood against as a fully fledged Jedi Knight. Converted to now serve the other side, she is a devout follower of the confederation and it's members; a loyalist to a cause which constantly scrutinizes and holds her in contempt, or suspicion due to her former affiliations.
Strengths and Weaknesses.
Strengths:
- She Was A Jedi Knight: Velcarin was a fully trained Jedi Knight before she was forcibly converted into an Inquisitor. She possesses the skills, combat training and Lightsaber techniques of a fully trained Jedi.
- Act Pilot: Velcarin is a fantastic pilot capable of manning all Imperial starfighter, transport or shuttle craft belonging to The Imperial Confederation regardless of it's classification.
- Tormented: Indoctrinated by The Inquisitorious, following an extensive brainwashing programme, Velacarin is tormented by the experience and often torn between her loyalties to her Imperial masters, and The Galactic Alliance that she once served, providing opponents with enough strings to dismantle her.
