The Nyoom Juice Corporation is a Beverage corporation, best known for its flagship product, Nyoom Juice. It is self described as, the 'largest beverage corporation catering to smols' in the Galaxy. It maintains a family-friendly facade and rebukes any such rumors that beneath it is a cutthroat corporation. Likewise, it also rebukes rumors that it is involved in weapon research projects with the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
The Nyoom Juice Corporation entered the beverage market roughly around 851 ABY, with the invention of the energy drink, Nyoom Juice - its creator and its recipe are closely guarded company secrets. However, Nyoom Juice was in an experimental trial and error phase for two years before it was seen on your local shelves. It established itself in the CIS, as it was apparently the most stable and secured - both in terms of financially and military - of all the galactic powers at the time.
Catering to a niche population of the galaxy, Nyoom Juice Corporation produces beverages predominately consumed by 'Smols'; though they do not discriminate against 'Bigs' enjoying their products either. They treat all their employees with the utmost respect and are careful to only purchase their ingredients and supplies from reputable sources and sustainable produces across the Confederacy.
Lets be honest here, even Lilicky has no idea how he came to control one of the largest beverage manufacturing corporations in the galaxy that caters to Smols; not even the board of directors knows how it happened beyond remembering Lilicky walking into a meeting one day and exclaiming 'Biscuits!'. I suppose one could consider that a hostile takeover, maybe...
What's important though is that Lilicky controls Nyoom Juice Corporation, though much of the day to day aspects of the company are run by the board of directors. Plus, his status as both a Smol and Company Mascot, keep him in the good graces of the Shareholders; who see no reason to remove the Ropo from his position.
