Physical Description:
Nyara Dakhan is a muscular and physically fit Sith Pureblood female, with crimson skin, light red hair that she keeps cut short (shoulder length) and styled. Her eyes are a bright, slightly glowing golden color that can turn a reddish orange when she is channeling the dark side of the Force, or is emotionally stirred. She bears the typical Sith physical features seen with her species, though not as pronounced as her male counterparts. Nyara has prominent eyebrow stocks and a strong boned brow; she has cheek ridges that taper to spines on either side of her chin, giving her a sharp, predatory appearance. Her fingers end in sharp pointed fingernails, strong enough to rend flesh from bone. Her body, though still clearly feminine in appearance, is muscled and powerful from years of training. She wears her Academy or House robes, casual attire, and the more traditional Sith Pureblood attire when attending family events or representing her Clan before others; this includes facial jewelry in the form of earrings, nosebands, nose rings, lip rings, and a forehead circlet.
Personality and Beliefs (Still a WIP)
Nyara is the middle child, the second oldest, within her immediate family Clan. She has an older brother whom she both looks up to and has a mild rivalry with concerning her Father’s attention - but she exhibits a strong loyalty towards her Family. Though she appears aloof and standoffish at first, once she relaxes Nyara’s more playful personality tends to shine through. She is a focused individual when it comes to her training and her schooling, though she has no problem taking time to enjoy life too.
Belief-wise, Nyara (like the rest of her Family) are adherents and practitioners of the Old Ways, and even worship the ancient gods of the Red Sith. She, like everyone else in her Family, has a deep connection to the dark side of the Force. Furthermore, Nyara firmly believes that the Sith King of Korriban is the true Sith’ari, in accordance to the Old Ways - a belief that is held and championed by her Family Clan, even though other Clans may disagree with this themselves.
A more buried belief that she harbors, along with everyone else in her Family (shared amongst almost all Sith Purebloods really) is the belief that they are the true inheritors of the dark side, and all others come secondary to the Sith race. This is seen in the Caste system still emplaced amongst the Sith Pureblood Clans, and is something that is strongly observed and upheld within her own Clan. This belief can make Nyara come across as arrogant or prideful before others who are not Sith Purebloods, as she tends to look down her nose at others.
However, those who earn her favor, obtain a powerful and dangerous ally. Though once betrayed, Nyara’s wrath knows no bounds - and mercy is not a trait she is familiar with.
Backstory/History (Still a WIP)
Born to the prominent Sith Pureblood Clan of Dakhan, Nyara was the second born daughter to Patriarch Ralin Dakhan and his mate Avena-Da. Nyara started her early life as any youngster would, and was taught from a very young age the ancient ways of her people. When she came of age, it was decided that she would attend the prestigious Sith Academy on Korriban, Kor’ethyr - and represent her Clan and her people there before others as a member of House Tuk’ata. Nyara excelled in her schooling and training, and achieved the Academy rank of ‘Apprentice’ by the time she reached the age of 17.
Currently, Nyara is still attending the Academy, learning and developing further in her education as well as maturing into a powerful Pureblood female.
