Hi everyone.
I'm not "back" by any means, but my therapist (my wife, son, and I are each seeing one together and separately right now) says I should follow the easiest paths to some kind of normalcy in our lives. So I am posting something today and maybe in a few days... a few weeks... I don't know. I'm not telling you this for any sympathy or words of encouragement (I know that it would and will come, just don't want you to think I'm fishing for it. but I will slowly do this and slowly make some attempt to be myself again.
Anyway, I will slowly tell my story. Slowly.

Yeah, that failed miserably. Not going to go into detail, but going to forget this for a while and maybe come back when I'm not holding in anger and releasing it at the wrong things and the wrong people.
