Notification Drop Down Not Working

Short Description: Notification Drop Down Not Working
Browser: All on multiple computers.
Severity: [member="Darth Junra"] and [member=Rytek'irk'intrano] affected. Other accounts and Writers that I have spoken to are not.

Description: Clicking on the notification drop down button (images below) does not produce a list of notifications. This is also an issue in the original Heroes skin.

Do you, by any chance, have the welcome new members forum tag you with new thread notifications?

I had the same problem yesterday when a new member put a symbol/image in the subject causing my notifications not to expand. I went through my profile to the notifications manually and deleted that thread notification and it's worked fine since.
