DESCRIPTION

The lightest full armour used by the Nothmiro Federation, the Nothmiro Flak Carapace is a light and simple suit of enclosed armour that is fully pressurized and contains a 30 minute emergency air supply in case of sudden depressurization or environmental hazards. The main use of the Flak Carapace is to protect armoured crew members, pilots, and naval personnel from spalling and fragmentation. While able to take a shot from a small pistol, this is not recommended as the armour is light and only meant to provide a basic level of protection.
