Strengths:

• Very High Stopping Power: Noah specifically chose the 8.6x70mm cartridge because of its stopping power against not only people but materiel as well.
• Battlefield Effective Range: The various features implemented in the rifle, the free floating barrel, as well as the specific cartridge Noah decided to use makes the rifle able to hit targets at very long ranges

Weaknesses:

• Very High Recoil: Even with recoil buffers installed in the stock the cartridge used still put significant recoil on the user
• Slow Reload Speed: Even though the rifle is magazine-fed it still takes a while to reload because of the weight of the rounds and rifle
• Slow Fire Rate: Even though the weapon is semi-automatic it still takes time to acquire targets and engage limiting its fire rate

DESCRIPTION: Noah has been using the same rifle for the last four years ever since he had retired from the Republic Commando's and decided to change it up and create a new rifle. The first thing that needed to be done was the choosing of the rifles cartridge. Deciding that the old adage of if something wasn't broke don't fix it Noah decided that the 8.6x70mm cartridge used by his old rifle would be great for his new weapon. Next came the materials for the weapon. Like most of his weapons the shell was made of a light weight high impact polymer to reduce weight. The inners were made up of another staple of Noah's weapons, a titanium-alusteel alloy to give it less weight but more durability. Finally the barrel was made up of hammer forged quandanium steel to reduce hop up when fired and a chromium lining to reduce corrosion in the barrel. After that it's special features were added and finally the finished product was ready.
