DESCRIPTION: It has been little over a year since Noah first developed his CQCR and he has finally decided that it's time for an upgrade on his original design. First Noah started from the basics, deciding which round the rifle would chamber. Noah's original CQCR was chambered in 5.56x45mm and his AR-35 was chambered in 7.62x39mm. For his new CQCR Noah wanted something that had the velocity of the 5.56 but the stopping power of the 7.62 and for that he found the 7.62x35mm Blackout. The Blackout earned it's name because when it's subsonic variant was used with a suppressor the only thing you really heard was the sound of the action. After that Noah built it on the same basic platform of his original but with a hell of a lot more features.

Fully Automatic (900 Rounds Per Minute)

I'd made a note somewhere that this is the theoretical cyclic firing rate, and not the practical fully automatic rate of fire (given mag changes, pulling/releasing the charging handle, etc).

Otherwise, I think that this is ready for approval.
