Mental Warp: The crystals works in tandem with Mikilanna's object of focus (living sentients), meaning whatever her concentration is focused on the effect of the crystals attacks that. The effect of the crystals is this, it causes mental disruptions such as disorientation which attacks the equilibrium; resulting in a mental breakdown. Also, it displays dark and haunting illusionary visions in the mind of the focused target, further shattering the mental fortitude of the target; including nauseous feelings and bouts of dry heaving. It should be noted these effects and how effective they are is determined by the opposing writer.
Hide 'N' Seek: When infused into a lightsaber(s) and the weapon(s) are powered down, the crystals masks or hides the Force of Mikilanna, making her absent in the Force. However, when the weapon(s) is powered up; this effect is negated.
I, Corruption: Due to the crystals being a synthetic entity through the Dark Side, connection between the crystals and Mikilanna causes her to continuously being corrupted by the Dark Side. Because of this, the appearance of the corruption slowly because evident on the physical features of her far more quickly over time in comparison to normal corruption.
Unforgivable Redemption: If Mikilanna begins to shift away from the Dark Side, the crystals becomes vindictive and punishes her by quickly deteriorating her health; leading to death. Even if the crystals are removed, the symbiotic connection between the crystals and Mikilanna continues this effect. The only way to break this chain is through the destruction of the both crystals, but not by her but by a true and devoted follower of the Light Side.
STRENGTHS
Synthetic Creation: Due to the crystals being unnaturally created, the blades runs hotter than any other lightsaber blade, allowing them to 'eat' through materials in a more quicker capacity.
WEAKNESSES
Weak and Feeble: Due the synthetic nature of the crystals, they're very fragile and could easily break or crack.
We Twins Are Endangered: They were created simultaneously, both being granted all the effects, strengths, and weaknesses associated with them. Because of this, these crystals can't be reproduced in a fashion that bears all the previously stated characteristics. When they're gone, they're gone.
DESCRIPTION
Mikilanna returned to her homeworld of Felacat, where she quickly rejoined her led coven from The Kult of Yhdeksän, a dark sect from the Pa'kana religion who worshipped the Goddess of Death Kuolema, to gain their aid in creating her two synthetic crystals. The members of this secret sect where known to harbor many dark and sadistic rituals and beliefs that made the followers very wicked and unstable individuals. Thus, the Sith Lord chose them for that alone.
She gathered the most vile, wicked, and wretched individuals from her coven to siphon many malicious personality traits. Those that possessed extreme malice, hatred, mental instability, murderous intentions, and downright unsavory individuals nobody wished to be around.
She, along with her handpicked sacrificial lambs, sealed herself away in a cavern to perform the necessary rites in which would lead to the creation of her two synthetic crystals. With two carbon based crystals, she began to focus her energies and her dark intentions into them, while using ancient Sith rituals to siphon from those followers their dark traits into the crystals. She knew the rituals she was imploring where a one off, meaning whatever results born into her crystals could never be replicated again. Slowly and carefully, she poured the Dark Side into the crystals, allowing them to be forever aligned with the darkness of her heart.
The crystals were nearly done, except for the final rituals. Arranging her followers in a triangular pattern, like that of the image tattooed on the inner right wrist all followers bore, and placing the two crystals in the center of them. She began to kill and sacrifice each member, using the Dark Side and the Dark Side ability of Transfer Essence to infuse and aid in powering the crystals. She carefully split each transfer equally into the crystals to keep them balanced. Those locked away inside the crystals are not dead souls, but living entities that give the crystals their 'lives'.
