Thought Bomb; While the NN Thought Bomb's conventional weaponry is weak or non existent, it deals with combat using other methods. Not at all meant to be a directly destructive force during times of warfare, the NN Thought Bomb instead relies on its myriad of on board systems cripple enemy fleets. With localized jamming field generators, and more invasive system scramblers, each Thought Bomb droid is meant to create chaos among scores of other fighters, jamming internal and external communications, cluttering telemetry and targeting computers on enemy fighters. The Thought Bomb is capable of doing this only because of the powerful subspace transceiver installed along its center most portion, slicing programs allowing it to eat through lesser encryptions. It is limited, however, as its slicing capabilities are more easily employed against starfighters and other smaller craft, becoming steadily weaker and weaker against larger, more well protected vessels.
Shields & Durability; Despite being small, and on top of being fast and agile, each NN Thought Bomb fighter droid is equipped with fully encompassing deflector shields. Able to deflect incoming blasts and damage, the deflector shields serve the dual purpose of increasing the NN Thought Bomb's atmospheric speed. It should be noted that the NN Thought Bomb utilizes similar technology to the Royal Naboo Starfighters, drawing from their deflector and ray shield schematics during development. Additionally, the Thought Bomb's material make up is that of durasteel and alusteel, two damage resistant components which add to the droid's already competent defenses.

Strengths:
Agility; Built small, built fast, each NN Thought Bomb is carved in design so that its rear set thrusters maintain maximum speed both in and out of atmosphere. The overall petite frame allows for rather incredible handling. In fact, when set against organic test pilots, the NN Thought Bomb is often able to complete courses in greater time.
NN Droid Brain; As is the case with most all products derived from NastassTech's NN line, the NN Thought Bomb has been implanted with impressive droid brain computers. Derived originally from the same stock as the NN-K Infiltration Droid models, the NN Thought Bomb is highly intelligent and is know to engage in hardly expected maneuvers.
Weaknesses:
Lesser Weapons; So as not to compromise its strengths, the NN Thought Bomb has no lasers or turbo lasers. There are no ion cannons, no projectile launchers, so the Thought Bomb is forced to rely on but one offensive measure. Loaded into the hull's bottom layer, each Thought Bomb carries a payload of one single proton torpedo, meant as more a last resort than any real, immediate threat.
Short Range Interceptor; Although fast in subspace, the NN Thought Bomb isn't equipped with any kind of hyperdrive, nor hyperwave transceiver. Because of this, each and every Thought Bomb is limited to short ranges, dependent on its mothership to relay and respond to orders, as well as long range transportation.
Description: One of NastassTech's more groundbreaking droid models, the NN Thought Bomb strays from the norm and is actually built for flight both in and out of atmosphere. Deployed as a fleet support unit, the Thought Bomb relies on its tactical system jammers and computer scramblers to send enemy numbers in chaos. With highly complex slicing algorithms, each Thought Bomb doubles as a competent slicer, quickly jamming communications and scrubbing enemy telemetry and targeting systems so as to cripple them without a single shot fired. In fact, beyond its single proton torpedo, the Thought Bomb carries no weaponry, far more concerned with its agility and durability to care much for sheer offensive power. Small in make, though crafted from sturdy and resistant materials, these petite interceptors are programmed for high intensity, quick, creative thinking, and clever tactics not yet seen in most droid squadron compliments.
