TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: Force Imbued Sword
  • Size: Average
  • Weight: Average
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Tiger's Fang: The blade shines brightly as a result of the crystal inlayed within the hilt. Any dark side creatures within it's view shrink at the sight of the blade.
  • One with the Force: Constructed with techniques that the ancient Je'daii order created, the blade channels the force itself, allowing it to act as an extension of the jedi using it.
  • Smart Sword: Nir, An avid Droid mechanic and tinkerer, for some reason thought it would be a great idea to install a tactical droid's brain into his sword. This sword can speak using the mouth installed on the pommel, giving the user tactical information.
STRENGTHS
  • Plasma Repellent: Due to the construction of the blade, the blade is able to deflect both blaster fire and lightsabers.
  • Je'daii Construction: With the force flowing through the blade, it allows the blade to cut through most things. This does not however, make it a lightsaber.
  • Force-Blaster: Nir, more to his own amusement, designed the eyes of the tiger hilt to act as a blaster in a pinch, channeling Telekinesis it can fire off a kinetic beam that can hit like a punch from a professional boxer.
  • Paladin's Blade: While Nir does not yet know the ability, the blade itself can channel Force Light and act as a blade of the Light Side.
  • Whirlwind: Channeling Telekinesis, Nir can channel massive gusts of wind with the blade, forcing an opponent back.
WEAKNESSES
  • Skill Issue: Given the blade's construction, use of it requires quite a lot of skill. Mastery practically requires prior sword wielding knowledge.
  • Bonded: Given it's unique construction, the abilities the blade grants only seem to work for Nir, and anyone using the sword otherwise would find a regular songsteel sword.
  • Requires Force to Work: Any form of Force Nullifcation would make the blade just another songsteel sword, that can also talk.
  • Talkative: Nir's genius idea to design a talking sword does have it's downsides. Namely, when you want the sword to just shut up. Such a talkative and demanding sword can leave the user distracted in a crucial moment.
DESCRIPTION

Nir Si's teenage mind is often a place of wonderful ideas. This, was certainly an idea. A talking sword. Maybe it was the 19 year old in him, but he thought it would work. And it did, maybe a little too well. The sword, built with the intention of giving Nir the leg up against opponents, did so. Problem is, that's all it was programmed to do. This became quite the inconvenience as Nir seemed rather proud of this sword.

The blade, while quite clever, is designed to look at everything tactically. While it cannot act on it's own volition, it can be quite the chatterbox. Even so, it acts as a powerful blade of the Force.

This is verging close to crossover compared to inspiration.

I am going to approve it but I would say this is the closest to the line and will likely be the example used

Approved please use responsibly
