SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Forged in the Light: Born deep within the jungles of Cathar, The Tiger's Fang is incredibly strong with the Light Side, allowing it to harm dark side creatures, and can weaken those strong in the Dark Side by proximity.
  • White Light: The blade produced by using the crystal shines pure white, a ward to all evils.
STRENGTHS
  • Blinding: Blades using this crystal can produce blinding flashes on command, though they never seem to blind the one attuned to the crystal.
  • White Hot: Blades using this crystal burn incredibly hot.
  • Paladin's Blade: Any weapon using this crystal seems to emit a passive version of Force Light, though nowhere as strong as the genuine ability.
WEAKNESSES
  • Force-nullification: While a weapon can still function with this crystal in a Force-nullified field, the benefits the crystal grants would be nullified by such field.
  • Bleeding: As much as the crystal may try to resist being bled, it is by no means immune to it. If a Dark Side user were to get their hands on this crystal, they would be able to bleed it with significant effort.
  • Fragile: While the Crystal is particularly strong in the Force and through its added benefits, physically it's still just a crystal. If removed from the lightsaber casing, it can easily be shattered with simple tools or the underside of someone's boot.
DESCRIPTION

Deep within the Equatorial Jungle of Cathar, at the forest floor, there can be found pockets of kyber that grows naturally. These crystals, seeped in the energy of the abundant life of Cathar, radiate light, both in the sense of the Force, but also in the physical sense. Many Cathar consider these crystals sacred objects, crystals of pure light that represent the door between life and death in their culture.
