  • Classification: Slugthrower Machine Pistol
  • Size: Average
  • Weight: Average
  • Ammunition Type: 9mm Slugs
  • Ammunition Capacity: Average

  • Rate of Fire: High (Semi, Auto)

Untitled102-20220618145833.png

  • Integral sound suppressor allows for firing at a comfortable volume, safe to use without ear protection
  • Sleek reflec finish
  • Semi-automatic and automatic ROF selector
Untitled102-20220618145907.png

  • Whisper Quiet: Living up to its namesake, the Whisper is incredibly quiet, capable of being fired safely without ear protection.
  • Eyes To Yourself: The reflec coating helps keep the weapon safe from pesky "security" who want to infringe on your privacy.
Untitled102-20220618145944.png

  • Stopping Power: While the 9mm rounds allow the Whisper to hold more rounds in a magazine, they sacrifice some stopping power to achieve this.
Untitled102-20220618150027.png

The DDS-9 Whisper is an integrally suppressed slugthrower pistol by Dispater Defense Systems, marketed towards sport shooters and those who practice marksmanship regularly due to the greatly reduced sound it produces compared to an unsuppressed weapon, enough that one can fire it safely without ear protection. The Whisper fires 9mm slugs which, while somewhat lacking in stopping power alone, allow the pistol to carry a surprising amount in a factory mag.

The Whisper's frame is coated in reflec polymer, which Dispater insists is a simple aesthetic choice, and it remains a comfortable enough size to be holstered easily despite its somewhat bulky barrel. If you should really find yourself in trouble, the Whisper also features a fire selector allowing for fully automatic fire, which is sure to make anyone trying to accost you think again.

All things considered, whether you're a regular shooter or a beginner, you can't go wrong with a Whisper.

Note: Dispater Defense Systems does not accept liability for any crimes committed with the Whisper or any of its other products.

  • Stabilizer gloves help keep wearer on target

Untitled102-20220618145907.png

  • Tactical Information: The Smooth Operator System provides aiming assistance and targeting information without requiring a bulky helmet.
Untitled102-20220618145944.png

  • Electronics: There is little room to protect the system's electronics against EMPs and Ion weapons, which can reduce them to tactically useless (though still comfortable and stylish) fashion accessories.
Untitled102-20220618150027.png

The Smooth Operator System is a joint venture between two companies beneath Ninth Circle's umbrella, Handsome Devil and Dispater Defense, to create a product that is both useful and fashionable. Marketed towards bodyguards, security teams, and other such individuals, the Smooth Operator System provides many advantages of a helmet's HUD system without the claustrophobia and conspicuousness of one.

The Smooth Operator System is available in a variety of forms, from fashion-forward glareshades to military-style tactical goggles, and tuxedo gloves to tear-resistant military gloves, but at the core they are all the same. The System combines the targeting assistance of eyewear such as pistol and heavy targeting optics with the accuracy aids of advanced stabilizer gloves to keep you shooting straight and looking good while doing so. The holographic displays are designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, and do not blur or obfuscate the wearer's view of the real world.
