Next Minor Faction Activity Check?

Hey!

It's been a long time since the last time minor faction cleanup happened (I think it was a year ago, if I remember correctly). Now there's a ton more inactive factions, some of them barely have active members, some of them only have the FO who is no longer even active in Chaos.

So here's my suggestion -- maybe it's time for another minor faction activity check?

It would help clean up the faction list... sadly i would probably get canned though.

The last time it was handled so that minor faction owners had to post in a thread if their factions were active.

The ones which weren't announced to be active were then deleted.
