Ah I misunderstood your question. The answer is however No. The site does not have a standard format and you will see a dozen different versions. Those that use a 0-10 or similar format outside of a Padawan, Knight, Master system was often put above that section what system they are using.
I use a untrained, beginner, average, expert, Master system for my characters.
