Maneuverability Rating: 20 (It orbits Telos )
Speed Rating: 20 ( a nice comfy speed that follows Telo's typical day cycle)
Hyperdrive Class: No Hyperdrive

Strengths:

  • Green Energy: The New Citadel station is self-sustaining through a variety of green energy methods like solar energy, wind, and algae production. There are large hydroponic gardens that are tended by PharmaTech and local overseers for sustenance of the population.
  • Neutral Trade Waypoint: This is a massive structure that serves as a neutral waypoint for various spacers. It is a neutral area that provides an easy method of restocking supplies and a brief respite away from the black of space.
  • Emergency Shield: This is an atmospheric station, and as such the only defense that it has are standard defense shields that act like planetary shields but only for the station. They are rather sturdyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAO6Y4H3lDo&feature=youtu.be&t=926 though!
Weaknesses:
  • No Armaments: The New Citadel station has no armaments to protect itself. It depends solely on the planetary shield.
  • No Engines to Move: The New Citadel station cannot be relocated from Telos. This station is too large for it to be relocated even with portable hyperdrives.
  • Weaker Hull: The materials that the New Citadel Station is made out of are of standard components. This means that it has a weaker hull.
Description:

The New Citadel station was constructed originally by InterGalactic Solutions ( formally known as Titan Industries) and
Arceneau Trade Company as a waypoint for humanitarian aid relief to Telos and the neighboring planets in the wake of the Netherworld event. To achieve this, the New Citadel station orbits around Telos, and consisted of a series of large residential, entertainment, and dock modules that were interconnected by a base of girders and other support structures. The station served as home to the many technicians and beings of other professions who were employed in the Netherworld Restoration Project, as well as the effort's conduit for needed supplies. Unlike its predecessor, it does not have any armaments. The only defense that it has are standard defense shields that act like planetary shields but only for the station.

An agreement was made by [member="Alric Kuhn"] with the Host Lord of Primeval, who commissioned the project to work with the Primeval Fleet, and the CEO of Titan Industries worked in conjunction with Danger Arceneau for the construction.

The New Citadel Station essentially functions the same as its predecessor, save for the addition of a few elements like shipyards, MaraTibx Fuel platforms, a defense shield, and PharmaTech's Eden Project Biodome. In the event of an emergency that requires evacuation, the modules of the New Citadel station are able to break apart into stand alone emergency vehicles. The unique method of gathering power from various origins, to include solar, wind, and Salacia Consolidated patented methods allow for each module to maintain enough power for emergency evac. Repulsors are fitted to these modules so that they may stay in atmosphere without the risk of crashing down. There is no central power-grid, as each module may be individually powered in the event of this emergency.

Starport, Hangers, and Shipyards

Much like the former Citadel Station, the new Citadel Station itself was a vast network that consisted of hundreds of fully-enclosed, multi-level modules that were connected by a series of girders and other support structures such as power conduits,

waste disposal vents, and other such engineering necessities. There are also smaller shipyards for Haven Shipyards and InterGalactic Solutions. However, these can only produce ships up to 500 meters.

Residential and Commerical Modules

It also contained a vast number of residential modules for station personnel, entertainment modules that included cantinas and other commercial venues, docking modules that contained hangar bays for incoming and outgoing starships, as well as small docks for inter-station shuttles. As an aid to navigation, each module was given a numerical designation appended to its type.

Eden Project Biodome

There is also an Eden Project Biodome within Citadel Station. It contains a headquarters, separate hanger spaces, residential sectors, and finally the research and development facilities that also include the numerous modules devoted to biochemical hydro-agriculture. Each Module has a varying amount of hectares, but each are treated with care and concern. These fields, orchards, and hydro-agricultural plots are serviced by Ho'din, Ithorian, and Morodin horticulturalists, alongside other sapients with a passion for the Eden Project.

The Eve Foundation

Most Recently, this is a base of operations for humanitarian aid along with The Eve Foundation. Eve Foundation focuses most of its current resources is the supply of Disaster Relief, Hospice Care, and of course Humanitarian Aid. The Foundation provides Disaster Relief to planets and systems around the entire galaxy. It serves to assist planets and systems that cannot help themselves, sending aid to worlds which have seen great damage through either natural disaster or those created by man. In the latter case, when The Eve Foundation heads into a war zone the company is assisted by elements of Saeva Incorporated, ensuring that the doctors and aid Workers of Eve are kept safe while doing their jobs within war zones.

It also provides Hospice Care to those unable to normally afford it. The providing of Hospice Care to those who require it is a primary idea behind The Eve Foundation, allowing those who cannot afford medical care and those who may be terminally ill to visit an Eve Foundation hospital to be treated by expert physicians.

It also provides Humanitarian Aid around the galaxy. This operation is designed to aid the poor and needy of the galaxy, utilizing the large amount of ships supplied by Vanir Technologies to deliver food, water, building supplies, and everything else necessary for survival around the galaxy.

Neutral Waypoint

This station was originally was within the scope of the Primeval Fleet's purview, used as a base of operations for humanitarian aid in the wake of the Netherworld Event. However, civil war resulted with the Primival Fleet pulling resources back to their former capital, it was left up to Arceneau Trade and InterGalactic Solutions to provide protection.

In the wake of this, it became a neutral waypoint and continued its humanitarian aide mission. However, while these corporate entities do provide security, this did not hinder criminal elements springing up under the conglomerates' eyes, most of which were connected to the Exchange under [member="Khaleel Malvern"], but included independent smuggling rings.

Who Can Use This: ATC and InterGalactic Customers, Citizens of Telos. This is a neutral waypoint, so anyone as long as they maintain civility.

Intent: To sub Chaos Lore in the wake of the Netherworld event in regards to the construction of the New Citadel station as a waypoint for humanitarian aid.

* I have no clue how big Citadel Station originally was, so I used the Civilian Station Template for that reason and the development for 10km to fulfill the development to submit the Chaos Lore.

Is it possible for someone to slap a hyperdrive on this thing? Are there preventative measures to avoid terrorists from doing so? This thing could just go splat onto Telos. Just curious little pokings that's all everything else looks really good.
