A hopefully simple request, I'm just looking for a new avatar to use for Ajihad.

The goal is to basically replace the current background with the snowy forest gif (though it'd have to be enlarged to make it proportionate). I would also like the image of the character to be cut to just the mid-chest and above please.
If anyone could please do this for me, it'd be greatly appreciated
