STRENGTHS

• Disconnected from the Holo Net: Holonet Hackers would have a difficult time hacking into this, as it is completely disconnected from the Holo net because of it's organic nature.
• Ecologically Sound: The technology of the Neural Net is Ecologically Sound, and Environmentally Friendly.
• Reliable: Short of destroying the devices that make up the Neural Net's network, the Neural Net will not go down.

WEAKNESSES

• Experimental: The Neural Net is also experimental, and is bound to have a few bugs.
• Kill the Brains, kill the Network: Killing the Root Brains that make up the Neural Net would kill the network, and take it down permanently until more are made to replace them.
• Telepathy: Telepathy could be used to splice into the Neural Net, though no one is aware of this fact yet. This could also be used to put all sorts of 'malware' and 'spyware' in the Neural Net, if someone is smart enough to do so.
• Specialized Devices: Specialized Equipment is needed in order to access the Neural Net, unlike the Holonet.
• Force Nullification: Force Nullification would nullify the special feature of being able to "transmit" the use of Force Powers to people you like / dislike.
• Lack of Media: Due to the newness, there's not much ON the Neural Net in terms of data at present. This could change, but it is another downside to the Neural Net as well.

DESCRIPTION

The Neural Net is a Holo Net alternative created as a joint effort between the scientists at Nelson Prototyping, and also Viridian. This network is made using Root Brains in order to be the processors. It has the same capabilities as the Holo Net - but with one key difference. Due to the newer nature of the Neural Net, hacking the Neural Net would be far harder than splicing into the Holo Net to take control of it, or access restricted things. Unfortunately, due to the newness of the technology, people may not want to buy into the Neural Net.

Oh where to start

First and foremost, the capabilities of this don't cover the scope. The holonet is galaxy wide... this has no stations acting as relays and transmitters to keep it going. Yes yes metal allergy but the rest of the galaxy is not allergic or will use plastics if they are..... or they just will not touch the metal. You do not have the infrasture to get this beyond a single planet and that is being generous.

Generally speaking the more powerful the submission becomes, the less of them there should be. The production range of a submission with alchemy or nanotechnology ranges between Unique and Minor. Please use the history and other parts of the submission to flesh out its power and potency. A Factory Judge is allowed to ask for more depth, if they believe that the submission needs a little bit more work to it.

Anything using he force cannot be mass produced.

This is going to require a lot of detail, as what you are describing makes less sense. How are you transmitting electric judgement? It comes from the hand of a force user and dissipates. Choking requires a focus. The distances this would have to travel to replace the holonet would make this impractical as you have no way to control where you would be targeting.

If it has the same capabilities as the holonet then what is being used to make it infinitely more impressive. You need details and explaination beyond "I made it."

An organic computer would not be affected by malware and spyware. You are trying to apply things from one type of technology to a whole different medium. I would suggest you look at biotechnology in star wars as if it was that easy to do the galaxy would have beaten the vong with a few slicers.

Show me instances where the whole holonet was taken over. A galaxy spanning network with security and safeguards that generally were isolated to their own system and location. You can't slice from coruscant and take over a planet in the outer rim.

Overall this is vague and in need of substantial work. You have no structure to it, there is nothing explaining how it went across a planet a system or even the galaxy at large. The holonet took decades if not centuries to fully set up and establish because of dangers in space, beeing to have redundant relays and figure out what would cut the connection off. You have done of that and little effort poured into this.

You will first need to expand and explain the purpose and capabilities, since all you have it doing it copying the holonet but "its new" as the biggest change. It doesn't offer any real advantage or benefit. Transmitting force powers across the galaxy is exceptionally hard and the technique to do it is not here. That will need to be removed as sending "electric judgement" to someone you dislike doesn't make much sense.
