+Very Strong dark side force sensitivity and natural strength in the force
+Aware of a lot of matters on the force and topics
+Extremely proficient at utilizing sound, especially song, subtle tones, or music, to influence emotions. To such a degree it can cause hallucinations. This can be done without the sounds but is typically less effective as such, even if still proficient.
+Good eye for weaknesses
+Some knowledge of tactics. In particular a strategy of creativity, adaptability, and her mothers philosophy of 'Everything is mortal' essentially. In which the users skills matter, but the enemies weaknesses matter more. Exploit them by whichever means works best, not simply what you're used to.
+Skill with a lightsaber and blaster (often combines abilities). Unfinished training from her mother Ataru and Soresu (to a much lesser extent) put into Niman. Her blade work does tend to more resemble that of users of the Rapier, though in movement she is clearly more an ataru user. She has continued to refine this style on her own to a great degree of ambidexterity. Ataru and it's extremely fast and agile movements comes especially easy to her and isn't as exhausting as many other user may find it. While this technically means she cannot be considered an ataru master, her proficiency of her own style here does certainly reach into the category.

+Telekinesis: A power her mother was very good at. She is stronger and more skilled at it than most her age. But she's not anywhere near her mother.
+Force Jump: Actually one of the few she does really easily. She often uses it to get places far faster than normal. And unconventionally to close distances very fast if she fights.
+Force push: Often especially powerful, though prone to being less precise and more like small force waves.
+Force wave: More of an instinctive fear/anger response. It tends to only occur in times of great emotion or resolve and is very powerful but also often means she’s unrestrained.
+Force_empathy.
+Tendency for a combination of Force_stealth and Force_cloak
+Emotional influence/Mind_trick: Usually done through music. Neli has found she’s pretty good at influencing the emotions of others through sounds. Although she can sometimes do this through words, it’s more reliable if it’s a song or musical noise. If she can produce an eerie noise she may be able to even cause fear or unease. She's gotten progressively better and better at this trick.
+Enhanced attributes, namely force speed however.
+Force sense: This ability received a recent increase in viewing the force almost like an ocean. And instances of activity as splashes or waves. It has drastically heightened her range, reaction, and perceptions.

Neli would probably not be considered intimidating by anyone. She’s of small stature, light build, and is almost never aggressively angry. She has brown hair, blue eyes, light skin, and a tendency to, when in crowds, just kind of vanish among them.
BIOGRAPHY:
Neli’s parents are Mike V’Trechen and Salis Marai. Both of whom have gained their power in the force through the dark side. And like her sister she gained great strength in it as a result. However Neli was not extremely keen on the ways of the sith. She would use her emotions when she found it necessary, but she really didn’t like to use them to increase her power. Often relying more on the rest of her family. She was the most peaceful between them. However, due to her upbringing, she still caught on a good bit to how combat worked. And was good at spotting weak points, even if she couldn’t fill them in herself. Rather she preferred to find ways around combat if she could. Neli didn’t have many personal explorations. She liked the force, and to use it. But she didn’t have the patience for the light side, nor the strength of emotion for using the dark consistently. In some ways she managed to be far stronger, and weaker, than most force sensitives.
Neli for a long time also didn’t get as much visiting time as other children might have. Instead much of her entertainment had to come from things she could do on her own. She gained a particular interest in music and dancing as a result. Something she still spends time on. Also something which she discovered was only further enhanced through the use of the force, how it seemed to create feelings and alter them with sounds. Much in the way words of a force sensitive could alter thoughts.
In spite of being very strong by nature in the force, Neli didn’t study it intensely. She did however greatly enjoy the idea of a lightsaber of her own, one her mother would certainly be proud of in the results. She still knows a great deal about the force due to both her parents, and Zepher, speaking about it. And sometimes listening to stories to tell. But doesn’t realize the amount of knowledge she has.
Neli’s upbringing has also resulted in a strange outlook on life itself. As well as the concept of right and wrong. While she is perhaps more normal than her mother is, Neli still exhibits some tendencies of indifference towards the death of people who don’t matter much to her, as well as violence or pain of others in general. In spite of this, she often appears rather cheerful around others and even careless in spite of having the ability to be more aware than most, when she chooses. In many ways she’s inherited some of the “immoral extrovert” of her mother, however she has much better willingness to try and do the right thing over her own desires. Though it only barely surfaces. Neli desperately wants to do things on her own. She’s seen a lot of death in spite of her youth, and her mother has trained her on some things when she was willing, but she wants more independence than she normally gets. Usually followed by a guardian of some kind, and only going on trips off Bespin when her mother is somewhere nearby.
She did eventually make it out on her own, and though she tried to remotely tell he mother to leave her alone, that hasn't quite happened. As a result, she goes where she can, going on what ships she can. Exploring the galaxy as she goes.
