Need some help with some dev work

So to make a long story short, I need help with developing an 1800 meter shipyard for my company. My idea is to expand and build the shipyards in the Kol Huro system. It isn't on the map, but it is close to Bimmiel and Serenno. The system is a massive industrial area with all seven planets converted into factory worlds, so if anyone is interested in helping me, you can get some expansion done yourself. Need two people to help, but more is always good.
