Need Help with Character Development.

Well guys this is a new char of mine,and with this one i wanted a Darth Vader type of character. I also wanted to make this char for The First Order since i have been wanting to make a char for that particular faction for a long time.

So what am i needing help in.

• Finding a Knight of Ren,or Sith which can open Thomas up to the Dark Side,and perhaps train him.
• How to climb up the Military Hierarchy,or Outside of it to take command of Imperial forces.

That's all i can think of at this moment. But if anyone can help me developing this character i would be most grateful.
