ENTRY: The young woman who stole classified data from Corellian Security three years ago was identified by multiple individuals as Nibs the Nibbler. She was established to be a Corellian native. Accent and slang match this supposition. What is known about her past is she was abandoned as a child or baby, and was adopted and raised by non-relations. She was what many called a Street Rat, and performed numerous accounts of theft and petty pilfering of goods at any opportunity.
Her birth or given proper name is Nebula Enibry. Searches for relatives bearing the family name Enibry have turned up unsuccessful. Multiple attempts have been made to establish Nebula in a proper foster system, and rehabilitate her of criminal tendencies. All attempts resulted in failure and repeated runaway scenarios.
During her preteen years, Nebula made her first foray into Data Slicing, and successfully infiltrated a food processor's computer, appropriating free orders for herself and multiple unidentified individuals suspected to be other runaways or otherwise involved petty criminals. Several arrest attempts were made of Nebula and her companions. Insufficient personnel proved to be a detriment due to the chosen hideout on Corellia being "Junkyard City". Local residents of said location were hostile and uncooperative with any form of Authority.
Nebula's skill at slicing have grown significantly as the years passed, and increasing security compromise is proof of this, including the theft of personnel information.
She demonstrates an ever-increasing distrust as well as disrespect of authority the older she gets and the longer she is exposed to negative influence. At present, she is reportedly twenty years of age, and has already compromised numerous government as well as military data that she freely distributes as and how she sees fit, and has managed to slice through any and all security programs in place.
It is suspected that she possesses a uniquely designed ship that assists her in her slicing and data distribution. Apprehension of both her and this ship is now mandatory and a high priority.
Assistance by the Jedi have proven equally unsuccessful, and some Knights claim that the Force is in Nebula. This is considered irrelevant data, as it appears merely to be an excuse for failure. CorSec briefly held the young woman in incarceration, though it is now believed that she allowed herself to be capture merely for the purpose of gaining access to government computers.
Shortly after, she was rescued by unidentified companions, and is presently at large. It is believed she is no longer on Corellia. Her arrest is considered top priority. An example must be made to prevent anarchy.

Nebula owns a uniquely designed ship made of parts found in her "home" in Junkyard City. It is approximately one hundred meters in diameter and spherical in shape.
It consists largely of data libraries and long-ranged satellites, enabling the vessel to be a single massive mobile relay transmitter of data and holovids.
It has point-defense weaponry as well as turbolaser batteries and projectile warheads.
