Ship: The Ash’amur II-Class Mandalorian Dreadnught “Kalyar Nau’ur kad”

One good shove and Kista slid several data pads away from her. It was darn near giving her a migraine. Though paper work was part of running a company, it was the part she disliked. The part she did like was designing new tech or just crafting something at the forge.

She was about to give up and just take a nap. Then there was several being noises coming over the intercom. “We will be arriving in fifteen”, a man’s voice echoed the com system.

“What, in fifteen”, panic sunk in and had no idea why she was not warned a bit sooner.
Almost fifteen minutes later…

Several heads turned looking at Kista when she jogged into the room. The sound of beskar boots upon durasteel tends to make a bit of nose. After upon realizing who was making all the noise, people went back to their duties upon the bridge of the Kalar Nau’ur kad.

“Captain”, Kista asked.

“We sent a message to the Ryloth and awaiting permission for you to take a transport and land. It might take a few for us to get permission to land”, the Captain responded while reading a data pad. Kista just figured it was some sort of status updating on the normal routine of running a large ship like this.

“Fine, I will head down to the Firespray and await clearance”, Kista with a skip in her step exited off the bridge.

With even running through corridors it takes time to traverse through a Capital Ship. That is why Kista took a total of two turbo lifts. Why two, because you do not wish to make it easy for people to get through your ship if they are boarding you.

It took her a total of a half an hour and during that time she did not get a com call from the captain. Kista was not surprised. They would want to take their time confirming all the relevant information. Stuff like who you are. Where did you come from? If you’re friends, or not? Stuff like that. Kista could not fault them for that. It actually gave her time, as she just walked into the hanger.

“You have clearance”, the captains voice could be heard over her personal comlink.

Well that was nice. She was not even in her transport yet.

“Ok”, she did not know what else to say. Staring up a ship takes time.

There was one armored person waving her to her transport, “Ket has it warmed up for you and is waiting to fly you down.”

“Ket who, what, “Kista was a little out of the loop. She had no idea she was going to be flown down to the planet. She was under the assumption she was going to do the flying.

“Alright”, she darted up the ramp and into the transport. After getting in she closed the ramp, we’re ready to go”, she yelled up through the transport hoping the pilot could her.

He did because a few seconds later she could feel the ship move. She then found a set. In a bit she should be landing at the starport.

"You have to follow your own path."

Even with all Asher’s pull in the Ministry of Science he was unable to arrange the meeting with this Mandalorian woman without the unwanted company of a Battledroid escort. At the main starport Asher stood silently at the landing pad, a small squad of B1 battledroids in formation behind him. The droid’s did have their weapon’s stowed, per Asher’s orders, yet their presence would likely ensue regardless of the scientist’s wishes.

Asher was a large man who did not at all fit the description of your common scientist. He was tall and well built with pleasantly tanned skin. He had short, well trimmed hair that was almost military in it’s design and his chin held a full healthy black beard with streaks of gray in it. However, looking past the gruff exterior the man held he had shallow toffee eyes that were kind and soft in nature. Behind his beard was a content smile, more befitting a gentle nature than one of conflict.

He had on a pair of tan slacks and a grey dress shirt, underneath a slate lab coat.

The woman he was expecting could hopefully aid him in assimilating a bit of Mandalorian smithing and crafting into Dynetech’s existing arsenal. It was not long after Asher and the guard arrived that one of the droid’s stepped forward. It's metallic voice was chopped and straight forward, almost not wasting any time on each word.

“Sir. The Mandalorian ship has entered Ryloth space. The space authority has given authorization for a single shuttle to travel to the planet.” The battledroid reported.

“Thank you, 749.” Asher said, speaking to the droid with a kind and appreciative tone.

Not long after the report was given, Asher could see the shuttle making it’s way down to the landing pad. As the shuttle came down, Asher’s lab coat began to sway rather violently from the winds brought on by the engine’s. Finally the shuttle set down and his guest would be presented to him. Still hosting that kind smile, Asher would speak up as he saw her.

“Ms. Bralor. Welcome to Ryloth. I am Asher Malvern, Chief Science Officer and President of Dynetech industries. Thank you for traveling so far to meet with us.” He said, his words holding the bulk of his kind personality within them.

The trip from transport to the ground was short. It was a short amount of time of quiet reflection. Well there was no verbal conversation that had made it quiet. In the mind of Kista Bralor it was pretty loud as she imagined a line like of plasma pistol for mass production. It seemed rather obsessive but she rather enjoyed crafting.

Plasma disruptors were a rather dangerous weapon and depending on the design it could be dangerous for the user. The weapon she was imagining was less powerful and would not have as high of a thermal rating. If she powered down that while placing a few safety features within it, it could in theory be safer for someone to use. If she off set the ammo capacity she could save some room for the velocity f the plasma blot could travel at.

It was all theoretical and Kista would have to sit down later to run numbers before drafting something up on a computer. It seemed promising though.

With a slight jarring motion, Kista knew the shuttle had touched down on the starport tarmac. “We’re here”, the voice echoed down from the cockpit to her. It was obvious that they had arrived. What was not obvious was explained with what he said. It was relatively safe to disembark.

Pulling herself up using when of the hanging straps Kista started to push forward to the back of the transport. Between her vong shaped abilities and her armor she spanned the distance in a rapid time. She was feeling a lit anxious. She felt safe enough here. Metus was a friend of her Grandmother Faith. Kista just felt uneasy being this far from Mandalore.
Before tapping the button Kista took a deep breath, then used the button the lower down the ramp. Sealed behind her armor she could not feel the sudden shift of warm temperature and the high moisture within the air. She watched the numbers flashing up in her HUD though. It was quite expected for a tropical planet.

Walking forward again through her T-Visor she looked about getting her bearings.

If seeing battle droids bothered her it was hardly noticeable behind the helmet. Her other physical moments as she walked forward did not seem hostile. There was no drawing of weapons or quick erratic movements.

“Thank you MR Malvern”, her voice slightly distorted by the vocabulator within the helm. Other then seeming very relaxed it was hard to get a bearing on her general feelings at the moment.

“So, I’m here to assist”, Kista looking through the T-Visor was trying to better gauge the man she was speaking to. “The forge always begins with the smelting process. What methods to you use or better words what equipment”, she dove right into the purpose why they were here.
