- Description: Having taken a base terentatek, the Lady of Secrets completely overhauled and enhanced its appearance. The thick hide has been morphed into an even thicker scale armor, the spikes enhanced along with a new set of horns, the tusks removed, and the claws on the arms lengthened to encompass much of the arm.

- Distinctions: The most notable trait of the creatures, besides the scale armor that covers them now, are the large appendages on their arms that form into their claws and the horns on their heads that glow with malevolent energies.

- Strengths:
- In her experiments to create the Natasizi-tatek, the Lady of Secrets enhanced the naturally thick hide of the terentatek into an imposing scale armor. Blasters and slugthrowers will have little if any effect on the armor, even lightsabers will have a tough time getting through it
- The Lady of Secrets was also able to keep the base creature's powerful resistance to most Force powers, making it an even more formidable creature for a Jedi to encounter
- The Lady of Secrets, in her experiments, decided to gift the creatures the ability to channel Force Lightning by harnessing their bloodlust and rage. Commonly, the beasts will channel it through their claws, although stronger specimens have been seen using their horns as a conduit to summon bolts of Force Lightning from above
- The claws and fangs of the monster also carry a powerful and corruptive dark side poison that will, if a subject is infected, swiftly draw them towards the dark side if they survive the encounter and do get the poison treated
- Weaknesses:
- While their armor is thick and rather impervious to smaller weapons and lightsabers, heavier calibers of weapons can pierce through it to wound the creature, and continuous attacks from a lightsaber will eventually break through it as well
- While the creature has a high resistance to most Force powers, abilities such as Force Light can disorient or wound the beasts
- An odd weakness that the Lady of Secrets had not foreseen was if the creature's horns are broken, they will lose control of their Force Lightning ability, frying themselves internally
- Another odd weakness she had not foreseen, if a Force user applies Force Heal to the creatures, the dark side poisons within their claws and fangs will turn toxic to the creature, poisoning it and swiftly killing it

- General behavior: Created to be an apex predator, the Natasizi-tatek's behavior reflects that role. They have no fear, only a deep bloodlust for their preferred prey, light side Force users. Depending on how powerful the enemy, they will adapt their tactics. For weaker prey, they will attempt to overwhelm them, while they will stalk or attack from afar if their prey is powerful. They carve out their lairs in places of strong dark side energies, attracted to the power of different locations or even powerful artifacts. If there are original terentateks present, they will dominate them and force them to serve it. If they encounter another of their kind, the two will do battle until one is either dead or so beaten it becomes subservient to the stronger.
It had started with a basic question; Why had countless generations of Sith been content with just the normal terentateks? Sure, Taeli figured it was because they were already fearsome and destructive monsters, true predators of the dark side, with a taste for Force Sensitive blood and a high resistance to most Force powers. Their claws and fangs were venomous, and their hides thick. They were a challenge for even the most experienced of Force wielders to face... so she started asking a second question; what if they were even stronger?
The Lady of Secrets decided to pursue the curiosity and ordered her followers to obtain several terentatek for experimentation. She recognized that she would need to rely on the knowledge gleaned from the holocrons in her possession to affect the monsters, Naga Sadow's holocron being an endless font on how to twist and shape the creatures as he had had several guarding his tomb on Korriban that had been his personal pets. The results of her experiments with Sith Alchemy were the Natasizi-tateks.
The new monsters had their hide changed to a thick scaly armor that would have little impact from small arms fire, even a lightsaber would require repeated blows to pierce it. Taeli was able to retain the creature's resistance to most Force powers, and she enhanced the venom of the original monsters to be a far more potent dark side poison that would rapidly corrupt anyone that survived an encounter with her newest creation. However, the Lady of Secrets was not content with just that. The new monsters had an additional ability granted to it, the ability to channel and create Force Lightning, allowing them an even greater reach to attack prey and reduce the enemies of the Sith to nothing but memories.
