Description: A hardly suspicious accessory made with a very Naboo-unique chrome style, capable of generating small bursts of EMP energy. The hollow ring at the bracelet's center circulates and generates, as well as launches a disruptive electrical energy which damages and disables electronic systems. It is especially useful for disabling computers via terminals, or smaller devices; droids are also prey when the pulse is aimed properly. Nastass-StimCell's pulses are not at all effective against organics as an offensive measure, but are still capable of stunning lifeforms that had cybernetic enhancements, or at least disabling the attachment. Each pulse requires a cool down time of about five minutes before it can be used again, and the pulse is triggered by pressing the small blue button on the bracelet's topmost pad.
