T&S Fleet Solutions was asked to design a bigger better but unique ship similar to a Athena-class Shield Frigate. So they took the specs of the frigate and then added a hanger and a cargo to hold sizable detachments. Since most of their recent builds have been space stations, the ship is space inefficient but can hold an entire Athena class frigate and some fighters and support craft. Its crown is the cannon that is said able to crack an enemy's flagship open with one good shot but its limited use due to how much power it draws means the ship has to make the shots count. Alli Vern worked personally with the designers at T & S Fleet Solutions.
