  • Unit Name: Security Operative
  • Affiliation: Nakaioma Security Services
  • Classification: Guard/Bodyguard
  • Description:
    • The elite personnel offered by Nakaioma Security Services; Operatives are tiers above the rank and file Officers and even Enforcers of the corporation. Well-dressed in the black and red suits that their employers are known for, these Operatives' lives are highly regimented and the operatives themselves strictly disciplined. Conforming to well-prepared grooming and appearance standards to remain presentable to potential clients and the public. Often seen protecting the galaxy's wealthiest and most influential, these Operatives are no-nonsense operators trained to focus solely on their objective; whether that be protecting an individual, an asset or a location. Extremely capable, they tend to appear in small numbers, typically squad-sized or less, and are rarely found in larger formations unless it concerns a very highly valued client or NAKAIOMA asset. Clients when hiring can specify which species, gender or age they wish their Operatives to be; and can request they be flash-trained to be fluent in any number of languages they desire.

  • Unit Size: Small
  • Unit Availability: Rare
  • Unit Experience: Elite
  • Equipment:
  • Combat Function:
    • Experts in a wide variety of combat scenarios, Security Operatives are trained from a young age by the corporation to be effective agents no matter the mission presented to them by their client or the corporation itself. Operating in small groups, or as individuals, tightly in-sync and interconnected with one another when conducting such tasks, they most often serve as bodyguards, or specialized security professionals responsible for protecting high-valued assets, property or locations, a vastly superior form of the rank and file Security Officer in that regard. Enhanced with both a NeuroProcessor and a Storage CoProcessor, Operatives can be flash-trained to be decently proficient at any skills necessary for their client. In-particular these Operatives are trained considerably in urban and in-door combat, as these are the two most likely environments for them to be fighting in. This makes them formidable close-quarters opponents more than anything else. In a live combat scenario, they will attempt to outmanoeuvre, disorient and overwhelm the opposition if allowed, however for the most part they are instructed to prioritise the safety of their client or asset over all else, meaning more often than not their primary job is to evacuate.

  • Well Equipped: Torso protected by an armorweave-infused suit, utilizing many of the same materials found in the Kabe Heavy Security Uniform, operatives are guaranteed a high degree of safety from shots to essentially their entire body. While in their inventories provided upon contracting, they carry a variety of state-of-the-art equipment, though clients can choose to provide them with their own equipment if desired. Regardless, their equipment is secured by an ElectroMag Defense Unit, and their communications are subject to biohexacryption.
  • Expert Skillset: Highly specialized in an array of combat environments and skills, including urban, in-door, jungle, mountainous, desert, zero gravity and more, Operatives can nevertheless adapt to more or less anything to a sufficient degree, via a simple download of an instruction manual into their CoProcessor unit. Provided to them by the corporation upon enlistment, alongside their NeuroProcessing unit necessary to run the former.

  • Difficult to Replace: Due to the corporation's preferred method of long indoctrination to instil loyalty and a general lack of a moral compass, combined with the almost equally long periods of training these Operatives go through to develop and refine their wide range of skills; they are especially difficult to replace, and as such are of particular importance and value to Nakaioma Security Services. This also makes it noticeably expensive to contract them.

Nakaioma Security's most aesthetically pleasing and advertising lucrative personnel; the Nakaioma Security Operative is among the most elite organic security assets the corporation can provide. On the front page of every NSS advertisement, these efficient bodyguards can perhaps most often be seen in the background of paparazzi pictures more than anywhere else, shadowing their celebrity or corporate clients and vigilantly scanning their surroundings even when safety is all but guaranteed. They are incredibly expensive to hire, and as such have become sort of a status and fashion symbol among the rich and powerful of the galactic interior; the well-to-do types of galactic high society take full advantage of the selectivity NSS provides when hiring Operatives; and it is usually seen as in-style for female clients to maintain attractive-looking male Operatives as their personal bodyguards, and vice versa. Nakaioma Security Operatives can be housed either at the discretion of the client or in Nakaioma-provided domiciles, although the latter may mean they are not able to be physically present with the client or their assets twenty four seven.

Beyond their status as the up close and personal protectors of the galaxy's most decadent, they provide very practical and useful private security services to both government and corporate clientele; in many cases being brought on to train native militia groups, insurgencies (when a government wants to remain disconnected from the process) and corporate security forces. They can also be hired to provide simple escort jobs for highly valuable cargo or personnel, or remain as stationary guards to a particularly important location or immobile asset. Like Security Enforcers; these Operatives were 'hired' by the corporation at a young age, and steadily raised in specialized training academies and schools to retain the upmost loyalty to their primary employers, however this also extends to clientele, meaning that Operatives are especially morally flexible in their assignments; and will not hesitate to carry out any instructions given (Unless they are against the Nakaioma Corporation, naturally). Protected by legions of the parent corporation's lawyers, these Operatives rarely see legal consequences for their actions.
