This was designed by Sora Talus and the engineers of Madnal Arms as a melee weapon for Clan Talus specifically. The electrical currents allowing for combat against light sabres. But because of this the electrical currents can be disrupted making it just a normal pike. The telescopic parts mean that although it starts small enough to hide, it can eventually turn into a pike given a minute. As it takes a minute for the pieces and electricity to get into place.
